Who owns & operates Lunas Australia?
Not sure. Did not explore. But from where my money sent to, it sounded like a chinese person who registered the company and IP. There's no office and warehouse. The website takes order and third party sends the products. That was I googled how that kind of business operates. The products are very cheap version of some branded ones. Worth $10-20 each pair. Can't look closely.
The money goes to a Hong Kong company. The website says it is an Australian based and owned company - not true! The website should be removed.
Why is company still selling when there so many complaints. They ripping pensioners of there money

Your shoes are absolutely disgusting. I am shocked and appalled at what I recieved for my money. Doesn't even look like what I ordered and I will be warning everyone I know to never ever buy from your company. Your pathetic and are simply a disgusting sham

Yes Nancy totally agree being a pensioner myself I understand I paid $60 for snickers for my granddaughter birthday.they arrived late they refused a refund this was before I even opened the package. The sneakers are cheaply made no laces ,no inner support , cheap plastic painted soles. They did not inform me that they would not be a refund n sale items
