Hi, I had a good experience with this seller and would consider again buying items there, even more expensive ones. This said though this is my experience and I can't speak for anyone else or specifically recommend to go and buy expensive items here. I believe there is always a level of risk something going wrong.

Hi No way. The experience of purchasing was fine. But can you find anyone raving about their warranty claims? It doesn't exist. Camera Paradise still have my faulty camera, which I sent back to them over 6 months ago. For them to fix the camera would cost me almost as much as buying a new one as they argue it was damaged by me.

I have purchased from this company twice and have had no problems. I bought a smaller canon camera and two lenses and all items arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Postage is a bit expensive but when you buy more than one item, the postage is cheaper. Even with the postage, it was still cheaper to buy from Camera Paradise. Hope this is of help.

Don't do it

My Canon camera purchased from this store stopped working, sent it back and that was the last I saw of it. They blamed me on causing the fault - said I dropped it.

Pay the extra for piece of mind - support your local retailers.

Everything is a risk. But the ratings here speak for themselves. Perhaps check the ratings of Teds cameras and other camera stores to draw a comparison. Ive bought from camera paradise twice. No problems. Just huge savings.

Don't buy a GoPro from thus store. I bought a GoPro Silver 3+ last year and it became faulty. When I tried to get ir replaced they couldn't verify the authenticity of my camera because there is no serial number written on it. Usually the serial number will be at the back of the battery and starts with H. This one doesn't. Suspect it is fake.

Jessica is right. Ignore the incredibly good rating this company has. Ignore the majority of happy customers who have saved loads of dollars.

I bought a GoPro Silver 3+ and yes there's no serial number on it. DON'T BUY FROM HERR!

All their camera equipment are 'grey' models sourced from either Japan/China. They're so cheap because there is no GST included in the final price and they come without a manufacturers warranty. So if you're lens or camera breaks due to manufacturing error, you're going to have the worst time organizing and paying to return the lens and have it repaired. It's a calculated risk and it's up to you to decide whether it's worth it or not.

My order was shiped about 6/7 days after I paid. Product is good. I would recommend to send them a email. I know it's frustrating. But it takes about 2/3 days. To receive the product. I will not ever buy from them again. Send them email. See how it goes. Last option would be if u have paid by credit card/bpay freeze the funds or try to reverse the payment.

Why are you asking a product/company review website this question? Go directly to the source - Camera Paradise! That way you can have your question accurately answered and check how well they do with communication at the same time BEFORE you loose any money. [Very poor, in my experience.]

They do not sell their products with Australian electricity plugs, so their products are made for another market, UK or Asia I suspect. Not EU plugs, so I know they're not made for European countries. Not that this helps directly in answering your question, though!

You can check their website under "shipping". I think they do, but it's only to the UK and Australia that they can ship without you having to pay VAT or Tax

You can download manuals in English from Canon. If you need to change the language for the camera itself that's usually available in the menus. If you follow the instructions in the manual you should be able to navigate the menus to the language settings even without understanding the foreign text along the way.

Be careful. I ordered the exact same product, it arrived in 2 days (great service) but the first day I used the camera after about 12 shots it blew up and will not work. It has been a hassle to get them to collect it , the couriers held the camera for 4 days prior to sending it back. They have now sent me an email stating it wasn't packaged properly but will still send it to cannon for assessment. I'm starting to think they are trying to lay the blame on me and not honor the warranty. I wish now I bought it from somewhere else. DWI prices were similar as no shipping is payable.

Yea it's usually the cheapest by at least $50 depending on what you buy. The more expensive the camera the nor you save, it will tell you the final price in your cart then add 2%. So an order of $500 including shipping will be a total of $510. You can also try getting $10 off by looking up coupon codes on google, or $30 off if you buy more than 6 items, if you're close to 6 items just add those $1.50 tripods they have. One last thing if you type the code 3LENSPEN or something like that in th voucher box you get a free lense pen. But it's always changing so look them up on google.

Bought a camera flash unit which arrived a few days ago. Unit was packaged in a non genuine box with the serial number stuck on over the original position for serial numbers. Queried this but have not got a response yet.
