Does anyone actually man the Camile and stone email address or do they all just sit there laughing at how many unhappy customers have emailed them. It says to email to begin the return process but they can’t send a simple email back so how does one return items? The pieces came 4 weeks too late for Christmas…

They don't even reply back or give you any details. Refusing to refund as well. I'm sorry you got scammed like everyone else here.
Yes I agree, they are very dodgy company Out to scam as many people as possible. Customer Service is non-existent and you can forget about getting your money back.
I just got stung! Chasing delivery and no response to emails. No phone number to call and speak to anyone.
Very Dodgy, haven't received my item after 6 weeks, same standard reply to emails and now my tracking number does not exist!!

However, please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for engraving pieces, custom letter pieces, or earrings due to hygiene reasons, information can be found in our refund policy. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will apply for cancelled and returned orders to cover standard merchant processing and third-party fees.
