Oh my goodness I feel sick after reading these reviews! I have a very expensive car being delivered by CEVA from Sydney to Brisbane and all the damage people are incurring on there vehicles, terrible customer service and ridiculous wait times is very stressful. I was told 4 days to get to me, its now 4 days and hasn't even left there depot in Sydney to come to Brisbane! Tried following up and getting rude staff. Will be organising a flight down to collect it ASAP and drive it to Brisbane. I don't think I've read worst reviews on any business in all my years.

Turned out our vehicle was shipped which explains in some part the delays however it wasn't damaged thank goodness. If you can get a refund and drive it up yourself I'd be doing that. It's what we will be doing next time as the delays and terrible customer service as you've experienced seems to be the rule rather than the exception.

Hi I have a car that is estimated to arrive in a couple of days I note that CEVA will call the day before, however the dealer also mentioned that CEVA would SMS me with booking details etc...this didn't happen so I am concerned CEVA does not have my number or at least the correct number - could someone please confirm this asap?

I have a car coming from Sydney to Melbourne, will it be possible for the destination for delivery be changed even though the transporter has already left been told 7 to 10 days for delivery?

Hi,

Is the tracking supposed to get updated when it is on the truck heading interstate? I have a car coming from Sydney to Perth and it is supposed to be here by 27th however it hasn't even left Sydney(Port Kembla) according to the tracking - was supposed to of left last Monday! Booking number 4966246

I tried using the online chat but they just give the same info as the tracking. Phone service is useless if ya wanna get the run around. Hoping to find some answers here.

Yes it does get updated, but it is a bit behind what is happening. Mine said it was in transit when it had already arrived.

Hi Steveo Hoping you are well  as per checking in our tracking your vehicle is in-transit going to Fremantle wharf and there some changes of arrival in Fremantle reasons for that are docking delays and vessel congestion around AU port. Most shipping lines continue to discharge their cargoes in other ports. This is eventually having a snowball effect across all ports, although terminals are also working continuously to ease the situation. The volumes of cargoes arriving across all vessel types have increased significantly and it is anticipated that this situation will worsen further and continue for at least next couple of weeks, before returning back to normal. We do apologies about the situation. Once the vehicle arrives in Fremantle, our online tracking will update accordingly. Kind Regards, Son

good luck getting a reasonable answer, as usual, they don't give a crap about you or your car as they already have your money. A couple of excuses they constantly use, Force majeure/weather events, it’s only an estimate and subjected to change, the Northam rail line is being repaired,

Hi Craic, Cheers for passing this info along. Did you eventually get you vehicle safely delivered in the end? A few mixed reports from people on this site. If CEVA are reading these, you'd hope they are working on providing further positive solutions, as the lack of customer service in a few cases is somewhat alarming. I was told my vehicle was moving, yet no updates at this point 4 days later. I work directly in the auto industry, so it will be interesting to see how they respond from this point forward.

My booking 5205928 was disappeared from your online tracking and it said no result . I have seen the update of my car movement last week and have capture screen shots of my car update and now I am quite distressed.

Can someone from Ceva Australia not Philippines contact me regarding where my car is?

I have dropped it off at the Sydney Depot on 10 Mar and my last contact was that it will be delay as the car is expected to arrive Freamantle WA by ship on 30 Mar instead of 26 Mar before I will be contacted to collect it. After i contacted Ceva on 26 Mar, I can no longer find my booking on your tracking system .

Hi Ceva Hoping you could confirm delivery of vehicle from Minto depot to the far South Coast of NSW on or by 2nd Feb? Was picked up from Dubbo and delivered to Minto depot on the 22nd of Jan. I made a booking on the 13/11/20 for a vehicle to be transported from Vic to QLD. The vehicle was picked up on the 19/11/20. It has an estimated delivery date of 9/12/20. On Ceva tracking it still shows the vehicle in Victoria. I just need the vehicle before Christmas. Can i still expect this?

Hi David, Recently had to deal with them. That is very concerning if it's not showing your vehicle is in transit. I would highly recommend calling the local number and speaking to someone(Push 2 when you call otherwise you will end up with someone in Phillipines and they won't help you at all other than reading information of the same website that you have access to). My experience with them was terrible however after speaking to their local team, i got my vehicle from Queensland to Victoria within 4 days and that's on the slowest option

Now I am concerned after reading all these reviews, I am needing my car transported from Tasmania to Wagga Wagga, from what I am reading in the reviews, am I to assume my car will placed on the car carrier and I never get it at the other end ?? if this is correct then I can class my car has been stolen ? Or what's going on if the car has been collected how come some are saying they have never received their car back ? Am I assuming correctly ?

Hi Sean I was concerned after reading the reviews where people have put down as ( never received) so I assumed they mean (never received) their car ? and I don’t have a booking yet because I was reading reviews and just needed to ask some questions first, my car is not expensive but it is extremely precious to me and last thing I want is to put my car on transport and have it not arrive to me at the other end or worse arrive to me damaged, so yes I read reviews and I ask questions, thanks for getting back to me.

A lot of my customers have used them, and are annoyed by late deliveries (usually at short notice so that they dont have time to schedule time off to collect it). Might be cheap, but most experience late deliveries (by weeks) on major routes.

Thats the reason independent owner operators exist - on time and the driver is contactable - because large operators dont really care once they have your $$

Hi Andrew my car delivery is done and dusted since early December they would good although they had my car so long it arrived with cobwebs on it and I was also slightly concerned that I found the back of my car in disarray like someone had stored something in my car during travel which disappointed me if that happened because I had a lot of stuff I could have packed into my car and wasn’t allowed so I would ve annoyed if they let someone use my car for storage when I was told no, other than that everything else was good.

Ceva.... what is going on with the online tracking and the communication between your operation service people and the phone service people? My experience with you guys so far has been poor. I booked my car to be moved from vic to Brisbane on the 24th Aug. It was supposed to be picked up from dealer on 25th... i stead it got picked up 26th.. then it sat in your vic depot for till the 28th just to travel to your port Melbourne depot.. where it has sat until now. It supposedly left Port melbourne on the 4th to arrive in Brisbane the 7th... the original date was the 9th. Then you changed it to the 10th now its the 14th.... no clear eta here at all.... how does it take 10 days to go from Melbourne to Brisbane???? Thats 4 different eta given to me and your online tracking is also not up to date.... im stressing out as I need my car for work purposes!

Hi, currently getting a Mercedes sent from Melbourne to Perth. Car was picked up wednesday 8/1 & delivered to Melbourne DOCKS/PORT 10/1. I have studied all the shipping movements out of Melbourne since it got there & the only chance the car has of making it here by the CEVA delivery date (22/1) is if it on the Caribbean Highway - currently just left Adelaide for Perth. Can you please tell me if my car is on that ship or still sitting at the Melbourne Dock?

If its still at the Dock it wont make the 22/1 date as I can see there are no more car carriers from there to Perth for well over a week. The booking number is 5065667 THANKS

There was a few written off on the way to Darwin last week. Mine was on the same truck and damaged. They told me there was no damage. I got it towed home and realised it had damage on front and rear of my ute.

Going through some external insurance company of Cevas currently.

Not a trust worthy company thats for sure.
