How long do the meals last in the fridge?!!
I eat mine within a week but I have also frozen some of the meals and they were still good after reheating in microwave.
I actually put mine in the freezer and then microwave for about 5 minutes and then let stand for a minute or so. Easy! That way you don't need to eat them all within the week if you don't want to.

are all these meals microwaveable? My husband can't/won't use the oven!! I need these meals for him whilst I'm away. Do they freeze well or have to be eaten within a certain time? Cheers Jill M
Hi Jill. All the meals I ordered were heated in the microwave for 3 minutes. I’ve also frozen them and they were ok depending on what the meal was (pastas faired better on defrosting). The meals have a use by date of approximately a week as of the delivery date. Hope that helps!

Hi Jill, as Kellie mentioned our meals can be microwaved! In terms of freezing your meals, your Chefgood meals will arrive fresh, never frozen and it’s recommended to consume them as such. If, however you would like to extend the shelf life, some meals are also suitable to freeze at time of delivery, except for those containing raw salad ingredients, dressings and egg dishes. Please note that we recommend consuming our meals fresh and, in all cases, prior to the use by date! (Thanks Kellie for helping us to answer this :))
