Just enquiring about a $50 voucher that I bought for my daughter on the 19 December for a Xmas gift that hasn’t even been activated but apparently this is my fault and NOT the young lady that sold it to me , if I don’t get this resolved I will be taking it further.

Colette Hayman's bags are made in China. My $60.00 handbag is peeling off all around the edges. Hardly used it. Left it mostly in my cupboard. Bags bought at K-Mart are better quality & will last you longer than Colette's and for less than half price. Colette bags are not cheap considering the top layer is not durable & looks shabby soon after purchase. I used it a handful of times only. The inside lining near the top where the zip is, has become very stained, blotchy looking as if it was 10 years old. Not good. Today I went back to my usual go to store at K-Mart and bought a beautiful bag there for $25.00. Colette's are very overpriced for what you get. I won't bother with Colette's bags anymore. They deteriorate very fast. Not a good purchase. Not happy.

Their bags are eye catching at first sight, but disappointingly, deteriorate rapidly.
Hi I purchased a wallet last Thursday and went to take it back on Friday to exchange but the lady said I couldn't cause it was discounted at 30 per cent of. But I was not told this when I purchased it. The cards do not fit in this wallet that's why i took it back.westfield Riccarton Mall Christchurch can you help? Can a defective item can't get refund?
Have you been in to your local store. If it's defected and you have the receipt surely they have to refund you.
How long have you had the item?
If you have no luck in store I would contact the customer service
