same here, but my order arrived today! I purchased from Ghgate on the 6/11/22 and received no shipping number, no order number and then tonight it was delivered! I had gone to my bank and tried to cancel everything I had ordered as I thought I had been scammed, I guess I will wait & see if all the other items arrive, but I'm so happy the item that cost me the most ($208 AUD) arrived!!! Trying to contact them is a joke, no reply whatsoever. I'm shocked they sent it, and so lucky I got anything TBH cos there is nothing u can do if they don't send it, my bank couldn't care less and neither does Dhgate customer service. They are actually like Gumtree, and have no control over their vendors, so be careful guys.

Did you really think you would? Seriously? Chinese items at a fraction of the price of the original, what could go wrong :P

Crazy thing was I thought I was buying it from America & it was the only place I could find the item. Learning a lot from this online shopping :(

I love how some of them write heaps of FAKE reviews, showing a USA flag, do they honestly think their English is good enough to fool a native English speaker? 1. always click where it shows 5 star reviews - then scroll right, until it shows you 4 stars, 3, 2 and you’ll see all the BAD 1 star reviews. I didn’t realise the bad reviews are hidden! Now the first thing I do is check for bad reviews. 2. Check how many years the company has been selling. if it’s a new seller, with all 100% positive 5 star reviews, and haven’t sold many items, It’s probably a scam. 3. If the company has hundreds of 5 star reviews and not 1 bad review that’s fishy. 4. Reviews written with poor grammar, but show seller is from a western country, it’s a seller trying to increase their rating. 5. Dhgate have a list of ‘Top sellers’ with 100% positive reviews but I don’t trust this as is can be manipulated. 6. only buy from established sellers with lots of realistic sounding reviews. 100% positive reviews isn’t believable, 7. if the reviews are mostly positive & detailed reviews, its likely they’re a trustworthy seller. Before I knew this I was scammed $50-100 aud, but now that I know how to distinguish good from dodgy, my shopping exp. has been great, and haven’t needed a refund. There are quite a few good sellers, 8. lastly, i always check the photos posted by buyers. Hope this helps.

Want get you anywhere.....except more frustration

bcos they are the same as gumtree, they can';t actually do anything if the vendor is dishonest. I'm lucky I didn't get ripped off , butTBH, I feel very nervous about buying anything else from them in future, after seeing all the the bad comments.
