Can anyone tell me where I can buy Supersoft by Diana Ferrari made in Italy sandals? Have seen a colourful pair with this labeling.

Last year I purchased a pair of super soft boots, used them maybe 5 times and the heel is coming apart already. How to get a refund or exchange?

Hi. If you have the receipt, call DF head office and let them know. They will send you a paid return bag to send the boots to their factory for fixing/assessment. Even without a receipt, the boots should have a code in them, and DF will be able to see that they are new, so should fix or replace them for you.

SHOULD being the operative word however.!!

I had zero luck with them, they did not care one bit, which is why I will never buy boots from them again. They take short cuts and charge premium prices in my experience. Good luck.

Just read all your Diana Ferrara reviews and panicked as just online about to buy blank Scottie shoes...any comments about their longevity?

I am no expert, and dont know anything about scottie shoes. If you want longevity, make sure they are leather only without faux leather combined. If they ate fabric, that should be ok?? I thought I was getting a good pair of leather that would last. Fabric combined does not seem to break down, it is only the plastic or fake leather that DF use that seems to disintegrate. If you dont need longevity it wont matter. Go for comfort and style.
