On the 100mb/s plan do we have to do a minimum of month before been able to stop the contract?
Signed up on Tuesday and asked to connect on Friday for NBN 100/20 service. However, it is nearly 6pm and still no progress. What's going on?

Ha, I signed up with Dodo four weeks ago and still don't have a connection. Different excuse each time. Their latest one is that their internal staff decided to cancel the request to the NBN technician for no reason. I'm so frustrated.
Is anyone having issue with DODO nbn login into MYDODO. I have been unable to log in from past 3-4 days , looks like whole account has been wiped off and noone is giving any answer correctly and keeps closing my support request without giving any detail response. Firstly I was uanble to login then my email address was updated . Now when I login all data is gone I cant see any service attached, any previous invoice attached and my all details are gone. I cannot even log support request with my login.

I have called three times and raised support request couple of times and you guys keep replying back with steps to reset password. I have reset password 3-4 times. I can login but its all empty my account shows nothing. Your agent Rohani told me day before yesterday this issue is being experienced by all customer but I think its isolated with mine. Someone has messed up my account . I demand transparency and clear communication from your end .

Yes thanks and I have responded to your message just now. I think by now I have spoken to 6-7 different people at your end and its been more than 7 days and my account is still not fixed. The matter has already and should have been escalated . I want to know how long until I can fetch my account and be able to see history and pay outstanding bill. I dont know if data has been compromised whether this issue isolated to just my account or other customer have issue too.
What are the internet speeds for this plan? Does it vary from dodo’s typical event speed of 15mbps download and 4mbps upload?

Because thanks to the liberal government there is no landline service anymore. All home phones have to use the internet VOIP (VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL). For this to happen you need a NBN modem to plug your phone system into. As an added bonus if the internet drops out you will have no phone, thank the federal liberal government for destroying the labor government's idea of a fully optical fibre network. Leaving the old phone system intact for a backup. That's it in a nutshell.

Why can I not set up Port Forwarding HG659 hardware version B? Seems to be a common fault. Also seems based on chat rooms that Dodo fix it overnight with no explanation. All checks so NO ports are open ie port 80 is showing as not open Odd since the internet works and HTTP is port 80. I want to set up SSH but can not get a port open to get it to work. Do I have to get a new Modem? One that actually works? Chat rooms seem to say that the HG659 is a waste of time

If not a 'smart' TV, you -have- to get a dongle. Google Chromecast works OK, but check eBay for cheaper generic clones e.g. AnyCast etc

Hi Susan, that was my experience with Telstra. I traveled 216 KMs, spent 20 hours on the phone and in queues with no joy. With Dodo I waited 7 mins on the phone, got the new modem quickly and a lovely young man sorted all my devices very very quickly. I'm sorry that you've had such a tough time of it.

Did the internet come back on for you!? I was going to ask the same question! I've made extensions on them BEFORE they cut ny service and it still worked but now they cut it after only iwjng for 4 days! I hope it's back on tonight as I pay it Thursday
What do I do with my dodo modem once I switch to another supplier
I upgrade my plane for an extra $5 a month and the internet is not fast at all.downloading a game shouldnt take all day to download and I seen the ad on tv from dodo saying that internet that’s flys.yeah right.it’s false advertising.I think dodo need to do something about making internet faster no matter what plan ur on it should all be the same.
