Why is your service so bad, why do your couriers have little of none of the English’s language, and why do they when they don’t feel like putting themselves out just report “tried to deliver” when it is known to all and sundry this is not true.

Why does Amazon keep using Dragonfly when they are such a incompetent company that receive many many complaints

Has anyone ever had such a chronic service. I shop A LOT at amazon, I live in a retirement village and so yes there are a lot of homes, we do have a map at the entrance, but this is too hard for Dragonfly. Solution we buy a suite at the local Post office. All other couriers no problem understanding what LPO stands for, Dragonfly ring every time time and ask where????? Then if they can be bothered deliver. Most times it goes back to depot where it can disappear without a trace, and all Amazon say is “we will refund keep the item”. An item was delivered to my address but it belonged to someone else, I insisted the LPO delivered to the right person and left my contact details. They were so happy they contacted me. The problem is many of delivery drivers speak little English so can they even read English???. In my closing, I personally find them Rude, Lazy and uncaring and wouldn’t use them if my life depended on it. Am I wrong?????
