E-Global Digital Cameras Questions & Answers
VerifiedCan I purchase camera cases & sim cards as well as cameras?
Price of samsung glaxy A8 plus 64gb dual sim?
I recently purchased a camera from EGlobal which arrived DOA. They do not honour the warranties published on their website. They want to charge me to fix the problem. If what you are buying works, good luck to you. If there is a problem, you have lost your money.
Hi, Anyone had experience ordering a Samsung Galaxy Note 98 from E-Global?
No experience with a Note 8, but I ordered a Samsung j7 Prime (made in Malaysia) with no problems.. Rock bottom price, well packed, quick delivery and the Optus Australian SIM worked immediately, despite the fact that the instruction leaflet said it should have a SIM from certain South East Asian countries and there was a sticker on the box saying "European Sim Card Only". Clearly the phone had been unlocked in advance so that was great.
I recently purchased a camera from eGlobal that was DOA. They refuse to honour the warranty published on their website. Go somewhere else.
I am looking at buying some expensive earphones from e global but i am concerned because it is not a secured website. How will i contact them?
An organisation would not go to this much efforts to scam people. If they were not trustworthy, their website would be shut down by now and their reviews would be horrific. You can trust eGlobal. I purchased a $630 phone from them, it arrived.
I would not go near these vendors. I purchased a camera from them that was DOA. The camera was returned and now they want to charge me to fix it and pay the freight. Their prices are good, delivery was good but if you have a warranty issue, you are on your own. They claim to have a warranty and return process but they simply ignore it.
If nothing goes wrong with your purchase then I am sure you will find this company great to deal with. But buy with eyes wide open. I also bought a camera from eGlobal. It was DOA (worked but only partially), They asked me to send photos, videos, lengthy descriptions of the the list of faults. About 10 long emails back and forth. They reminded me with each reply that I should reply within the warranty period (14 days) and would then not reply to me for 2 or 3 days. Finally despite proving over and over that the product did not work. They told me to send it back, at my own cost, they would check it and were sure they would find it worked and would return it to me at my cost.... I read the bad reviews but didn't heed them. My mistake. I didn't want to spend good money after bad and could limp along with the product.
I am now dealing with the manufacturer, who seem to care a bit more. I am hopeful of a good outcome. Would I buy from eGlobal again? No. It may cost more in the shop but at least you can bring it back if there is a problem!
Are they scammers? No, they stack it high, sell it cheap. But they don't want to know you if there is a problem. Slippery.... If you ignore the reviews by 'first time reviewers' the 'A+++', the non verified purchases etc, and look at the not so good and downright bad, you may get a more balanced feel for how it might be to deal with this company. They don't care about bad reviews. It is easy to drown out a few really bad ones with some carefully worded good ones. Life is full of patterns.

I'm interested in a Olympus PT 058 underwater housing TG 5 (camera with housing) can you give me price. We live in WA. My mobile is 0433 918 401 should you need to call me Regards Anna
I am considering buy the xiaomi mi max 2 and i am worried it wont be the global version, wont work in Australia, or wont even arrive, has anyone ordered a similar phone and has it worked?
I have seen mixed reviews on this website so just want to be sure before i buy this device for my birthday.
Hey, I ordered a samsung galaxy s7 dual sim phone and had the same concerns. I contacted them to check before I purchased and this is what they told me: Thank you for your message. Our stocks are imported goods from Hong Kong and 100% brand New and Genuine. able to use on any AU or worldwide network.
You can always double check with them, but my mobile worked with both my Vodafone and Aldi sims without issue. I hope that helps.
In going to order a Samsung gear s3 there is case that the peduct come unworking or broken? And if happen something to my product can i go to samsung shop to repair or fix it?
It’s unlikely you’ll be able to go to a Samsung store for a repair, as the products are almost certainly ‘grey imports’. Don’t have any fears about it though. You can send it back to EGlobal for repair under warranty. This will cost you in shipping, and may be a slow process. Your other option is to pay a much higher price for the item at a local store. I’d go with EGlobal if I were you.
I doubt it, they offer an International Eglobal warranty on most products from my experience ,and I keep my fingers crossed, that i don't have to return it, as I know I will have a massive problem
Has anyone had a positive experience with returning a product that is still under their warranty? I am aware that their 12 month warranty is different to the original one.
I have had a bad experience and I would not order from them as they will give you the run around, but if you insist on buying off them, use Paypal as you will at least be able to raise a dispute and get your return freight reimbursed. My advice is if you want to buy cheap try Ali Express .
Has anyone bought an Apple MacBook Pro form here ? Is it good?, is it legit ?
I havent bought an Apple product but bought an Android mobile phone. The product I got was legit. However it is a Chinese version of the product so you cannot plug straight into your wall socket.
In saying that, they will give you a wall adaptor to plug in your device.
I bought an Macbook Pro 15" from EGlobal. It arrived in 2 weeks, in is sealed original box. All correct.
I hope it will work fine many years because I'm not confident with Eglobal warranty.
Any one know the link to where to track the shipment? They gave a link in their email, which is external link but the tracking number they provided is not recognised. I have emailed them, still waiting on a reply.
Maybe because toll hasn’t scanned your shipment yet. It shouldn't take less then a day for them to do it. Hoped it helped.
Anyone ordered off here from Australia?
Hi Leni, I live in Melbourne and bought Samsung S7 edge last year. The model they sold looked new but it was sourced from some Middle eastern country. It doesn't support Samsung pay but most of the apps like Facebook youtube Android pay work fine. The phone need to be send to hong kong if something goes wrong. You have pay for postage from your pocket.
Thanks for your input! I was looking at buying a drone off here but I'm a bit worried with the international stuff around.
Just purchased two Nikon camera lenses from here.......total cost with shipping $1120. Haven't received them yet. They haven't been posted. I won't be surprised if they're currently out of stock and I may have to wait. Do I care? Nope. Ratings in here are fantastic, and I'm saving hundreds of dollars. I don't want to petty and complain about waiting periods when I'm saving hundreds of dollars. I know I'll be a happy customer.
I recently purchased Nikon DSLR camera - not happy that Box had been opened and camera not properly packed - no manual - very poor service and response when I complained- avoid this company
PaulG the box would have been opened to inspect goods prior to shipping. They’re sending international so things need to be checked. Recipients can and do make dubious claims, so things do need to be checked first. What would they do if a recipient claimed that they recieved an old, used Fuji camera in the box instead of a brand new Nikon D850? As someone in business for over 30 years, I can tell you these sorts of things occur more frequently than you would imagine. So the boxes need to be opened to check goods prior to despatch.
yes, don't touch them with a barge poll. seems they can deliver a product but what you get may be grey market or even fake and as for warranty just pray you never have any problems as you will soon learn how bad this company is.
I've spent over 2000 on a MacBook Pro but silly me didn't realise it was getting posted from Hong Kong until reading the reviews. Has anyone else gotten a MacBook who can tell me if they've had any problems or issues? I'm really worried now especially because I didn't think to pay through PayPal. Please let me know if you had any problems with purchasing a MacBook.
Hi, I’m on the same position haha.did your MacBook arrive okay? Any issues? Thanks
Are the mobile phones brand new or refurbished?
I believe the phones are grey market and may not meet the specs of the manufacturer which also suggests some of their stock may be fakes
I ordered 2mobiles with insured delivery sibce they recommended. Few weeks later I received wih both boxes opened. There were sticky marks everywhere & resealed with other stickers. The seal which written 'do not accept the seal was broken' were broken.
Also the invoice was different from what I ordered. Higher price with mobiles but without insurance delivery. They replied they open box if the adaptor is correct. I told them, correct products including is manufacturer responsibility not theirs. They opened box & touched my mobiles without my permission & my present.
They keep on replying same answer, if I am not happy I have to apply for RMA but I have same answer that i have to pay for return fee & they don't refund for my insurance delivery fee either.
Is the case open without my permission normal from this site or other suppliers? Also is it normal I have to pay all the return fee for not my fault? Is it normal the company use my delivery insurance fee for their benefit?
What if it were customs who opened the boxes? They do this from time to time too. It's a part of life. Are the phones ok> Are they working? All ok then?
Does anyone have same issue? Bought the Mobile phone from their website, but on where to contact with them?
I bought the Huawei phone P9 4 days ago, but until now still have no responded.
I know the online feedback is good, but I am really worry about this issue.
Can any one help /advise?
I must say I never had a problem receiving my order, it's just I got the wrong charger and adapter connections and they are not good trying to resolve the problem. Reading through the reviews there were st least a couple of people whose phones got "lost" in the mail. Maybe try read those reviews and ask if they were ordered from the same place as you ordered yours from.
Hello there. Has anyone here purchased a gimbal from this store? Specifically, Zhiyun products. Thanks
Anything you buy from this store is basically without a warranty. You will find them very hard to deal with and all they do after any sale is wash their hands of you.and fob you off, They are as disintressted as possible and don't respond through their own RMA site so even the most basic question will not be answered for days. You would be much better off going elsewhere. Most if not all these grey import sites have the same attitude when it comes to a warranty, and that attitude is "Oooh it broke for you Gweilo,Tough Titties".
Don't give them the opportunity to rip you off.
Hi, i'm interested to buy iphone 7 32G. what colors are available? is there shipping charges?

Ive had no issues, also if you use paypal they have to comply as paypal claw back the payment. They know this.
Michael McDermott thats a load of rubbish. READ the majority of reviews, apply some logic, then consider how ridiculous your answer is.
Hi guys,
After looking at a couple websites and their reviews it seems that this is the best one. I am planning to buy beats powerbeats 3 sport earphones in black. Has anyone had any shipping problems, item problems or colour of the product problems? Thanks, would really appreciate it.
Matt
At one time i bought a note 7 from them that was adversised as available. Shortly after I had payed the staus changed to being on backorder. It arrived finally 4 weeks later. In the meanwhile I had two warranty cases with the. They dishonored both of them pulling ridiculose, and unashamed excused. I would strongly advise against bying from them. There pricing is very competitive evan tbough android enjoyed is usually cheaper still. But if you have an warranty problem you will be cheated.
Ok thanks for the information! Just saved me the hassle of chasing up my order!
Hey mate did you end up buying them? Im looking at them aswell
The reason the reviews look good is because they encourage a discount on further purchases once the item is sent and before you have a chance to evaluate the product or try to claim a warranty. These guys are crooks, you are buying without a warranty but you won't know this until you try to claim it.

I'll bet if I looked into your claims Michael McDermott, I'd find there's a little more to your story than you're revealing in here. I'm already curious as to how your "fone" broke down one month, then totally failed the next. Your story is obscure and questionable. I have to wonder how the phone was treated. Since it was a gift to someone else, you couldn't even be certain of that yourself. You'd only be relying on the word of the person who received it as a gift.
I am thinking of buying iphone. will the iphone be in a sealed box. should i trust this site?
They tell u to many lies don't trust them lucky I paid via paypal just got my money back today
I think you'll get your product, sealed etc, in quick time also. But that's where it ends, don't even thinkabout the warranty, looking through the reviews I don't see 1 successful warranty claim including myself. Just imagine you brought it for a cheap price from a guy at the bus stop. Never to be seen again. If your ok with that, go head. Plus most phone don't last for long I'm seeing..
Do not buy from this website. They will not honour the warranty!
NO, AVOID
5 weeks to fix Galaxy s7 edge
lucky i got it back, sold it to someone else to deal with
Your lucky you got it back at all. More than 3 months of being fobbed off here and still no ETA that will cost a further $50.
Will u ship to an address in hong kong?
I would not buy from E-Global Digital Cameras. They will not honour the warranty if something goes wrong with the product you buy
They won’t honour the warranty if it’s not a warranty issue. That means that if you’re a person who is careless or wreckless and doesn’t look after your things, and then when it malfunctions as a result of mistreatment you try to make a false claim under warranty, they simply won’t cover it. Go figure.
