Where is E.Tel's customer service centre/s actually located? I note that there is no objective confirmation of where they are located.

I asked them after delayed SIM delivery and they emailed me back saying that their office is here in North Sydney, NSW providing address, email and phone number. So... Customer service can be (and usually is) somewhere cheap
I've signed up, received Sim card installed it but still can't make a call. I phoned etel & was told I had to put old Sim back in so my number can still be the same. What is the procedure?
Hi, I was with Boost, I did mine with mobile still connected with them, you must do this to enable your current number to be ported by them, I also used their esim and not a physical sim card, was all done in about 10 minutes.

Once you receive the SIM, upon activation you may select 'new number' to choose your new mobile number. Hope this helps.
