I have reset the garage door but it won’t come down using the remote control, only goes up, Has this occurred to anyone else, need your assistance please.
We reprogrammed our Eco garage door to set the up and down as per Eco instructions, since doing this the garage door closes automatically after a minute when we leave the door up (open) this causes issues if we take to long to get in and out of the garage as the door just closes and if we don’t push the button on the remote, it hits the car. Their instructions mentions programming numbers 1-3 but no mention what number 4 does, I’m guessing this is a timer, can someone help, thanks.
When i close the ECO garage door, the door does not go all the way to the ground . It leave a gap . How do i fix ? Do you think by resetting the motor it will work ? Thanks

I also just had an experience (last Friday) with the arrogant service manager at ECO garage doors. All I get is a small click when trying to open the sectional door. They said I have voided the warranty because a non-approved third party device (remote button) is connected to the dry contacts. Even though there is no mention of this condition in the warranty, they are refusing to address the problem. The ECO sales guy empathizes with me but said the service manager is the owners brother. Explains the arrogance! Mark Vanin, where is the Micro switch located?
Good luck with them, ECOGARAGE door are a useless , service and costumer support is nowhere to be seen, whole bunch of arrogant people. I have a VCAT hearing tomorrow since they won't honor warranty highlighted on their service manuals etc

I have an Eco Garage Door which had a fault in the motor after two years. Eco could not fix it and in fact they could not even diagnose the problem so told me it required a new motor assembly. I had no choice and they installed the new motor at a cost of $550.00. They wanted to take the old motor away but I objected and kept it. I tested the old motor later and found the problem was a $3.00 yes that's right $3.00 micro switch that was on the outside of the motor assembly and visible to the so - called technician they sent out. When I phoned them to report this their so-called service manager told me quote.. "you have buyers remorse" and hung up. It's not just the product, it's also the pathetic personnel at Eco Garage Doors. Good luck with your problem - you will need it !
I have been in this house for a year, sometimes the remotes work sometimes they don’t, all the houses in the blockhead issues also. What is P in the unit ? That is what I can see but I could not see any P error code.
I have an eco door at my place. Unfortunately they are of sub standard quality and the company customer service is non exsitant.

Ours were installed on Sep 2016 too. And the motor was dead. But not sure if it is P issue. But I never heard back from them. My house was built by builder, and used Eco Garage. What do you suggest. Are you happy to pass on the person name who came to your house? thanks heaps

We had to keep contacting them and asking for the manager. I think Jamie was his name. We had countless installers come to our home, so can’t give you one name. Keep ringing them, otherwise they are happy to forget you.
It was Evenglide who helped me in the end. Best customer service ever. Fixed the botched mess left by Ecogarage. Can’t thank Paul and Josh at Evenglide enough.
my eco roller door has stopped working
i have replaced all batteries in the remote units
It shows a P on the motor display when any remote in selected and the light turn on as normal
any help would be appreciated?

Had same problem.. had some chip issues.. eco Garage Doors service man replaced chip.. better to call or write them .. can be fixed at home..they are very quick to respond...
I bought eco garage door in sep 2016 and now when when I press remote to open to don’t work and displays p on door opener.. what would be fault..?

So funny to see these problems happening at same time. I had my motor installed 2016 also and now I am having the P issue too. Only way I can get it to work is by switching power off and then turning it on and then pushing remote which works. Funny how these issues happen after 2 years when they only provide 2 year warranty. If anyone is able to help with how much or if any other chip can be placed to fix it then that would be great.
ask eco garage they will replace it free. I think we have five year warranty on this . they replaced mine ..
