Hi everyone, I am in the same boat. I can't get through to them. We were suppose to have things picked up on Friday 13th but still has no way to contact them. Any ideas?

That is terrible. I have no idea what's going on. Why dont you go visit the office in hoppers crossing??? Good luck

We are also in same boat... We had pick up scheduled for Jan 1 then they changed to Jan 10... We caught a flight with our 4 kids... Next morning we got a phone call from our storage unit to say no one had come.... Jan 13 they said should be picked up.... Nothing... One week later still nothing and now not even answering our calls. ...we just received a phone call from Alicia, Sally is no longer at the company. Truck i still broken down and may take 2 to 3 weeks to fix... They did offer a full refund... She also gave us a mobile number for the depot manager.

The number she called us on was 0432394117.

(She was actually very helpful considering we are furious)

Does anyone have a phone number other then Sally and the office.

I am another victim of them not arriving or contacting me.

Have to catch a flight tomorrow where I thought I would be meeting my things. Clearly not. Wish I saw these reviews earlier.

Hi there. I don't have any contacts other than Sally as she was my main point of contact. Sorry u had a bad experience as my was amazing and cannot fault them. Good luck and i hope u get some answers

Hi Meaghan, Same thing happened to us, I'm sorry and I hope your things turn up. I have one number for a girl called Flo (Which is the same girl as Sally as they give out random names because then its untraceable...) the number is 0474 520 203. Otherwise call this person called Sam 'fleet manager', I warn you that he will be very rude but at least you might get some sort of answer, the number is 0431 612 772.

Hi Meghan. I am currently in the same boat. Pick up was meant to be yesterday but no communication. I have tried Sam but he could not assist. Please let me know if you are able to get a response from anyone at yhe company.

Hi Carol, Still no response from them. Emailed and called. I have gone to the bank and put in a transaction dispute after reading the other reviews about how long refunds were taking. I have given up on them taking my stuff and wouldn't trust them either way.

I hope you get sorted better then i did.

Hi, I am currently without all of my belongings and have been working with consumer affairs and the police to try and track them down. Sam is not a depot manager he is a subcontractor that Ezzy owes over $40k to. He will not do any more work for them, so won't deliver our goods, he can't confirm where they are either. There is no longer any communication with Ezzy, I fear they are in the process of winding up and shutting the doors. I'll let you know if I hear anything more.

I'm one of the many people who've had a terrible experience with Ezzy Interstate. It now looks as if they've gone awol. If anyone is interested in talking further about their experiences, with the hope of recovering our lost goods and out of pocket expenses, please direct message me.
