Hi I just got my new Fanco Infinity ID-DC 48" Smart fan installed I am knew to Fanco and don't know how to pair it says on my instructions to hold 8h for 3 seconds until remote button light starts flashing but mine doesn't anyone know how to help me thanks

Hi, My Fanco dc origin fan needs a new remote receiver (the box located in the fan that recieves and processes the remote controll on/ off & speed requests) i cannot find a replacement using the part number printed on it. CXW-803 45R A hook up for spare parts would be great. thanks

I got my issue resolved by speaking directly with Universal Fans who supplied my fan as it was still under warranty

Hello, I have the fanco infinity-id smart fan. I previously added the smart fan to my old modem through the Tuya app but now with my new modem, I can’t add/find the device on the Tuya app. I have followed all directions on the smart guide but the app still can’t find the fan. I have contacted customer service but they keep giving me the same information which it is not working.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Given the fan worked with your previous modem, we suspect it is an issue with the current setup using the new modem. Upon checking with the warranty team, they have confirmed they provided you with some steps, specifically for you to try pairing the remote first, as per the first step on page.2 of the smart instruction manual. Could you please try this step specifically and let us know how you proceed?

My newly installed smart fan remote is not working. Question 1 - I have installed two fanco smart fans Horizon in two bedroom. One remote is working but not the other. Both fans have their own isolated power switches. How to make it work? Question 2 - I want to find two fans in the Tuyasmart app. Following the instruction, I need to reset the device by holding the reset button. Where is the reset button for the ceiling fan and where to see the indicator blink. I cannot see them on the fan. Question 3 - how can I contact the customer service? I cannot find any fanco customer service number!

Just in case though, please see the answers to question 1 and 2 below: 1. Upon pressing the On/off button on the remote, do you hear any beeps from the fan? Could you please send a video so we can further assess? 2. Are you following the smart manual for this (it should be inside the box and link is here: external link . To give you context, the Tuya is a generic app and steps may vary for different products. However, as mentioned in our smart manual, there isn’t an indicator blink (snippet below) The best way to contact our customer service team is by emailing service@fanco.com.au, (the contact form Roger suggested is also good, and will direct your enquiry to the same inbox) The phone number which is available under the warranty information on our website (https://www.fanco.com.au/warranty/) and in your installation manual 03 8658 9588

Thanks. I have managed to get the fan work. However the cable connect to the LED light has an issue. One pin in the connector( the fan unit side, not LED light side) comes out of the slot. I have sent a request to service@fanco.com.au. I wonder how long usually it takes to resolve issues like this?
