VerifiedIs it possible for someone to collect someone's parcel by fastway depot?
This is the second time i have been screwed by this company, and not by choice, seller on ebay didnt list who the courier was so did not know. fair dinkum, takes forever to get parcels delivered.
What did Aramex bring to the merger/assimilation with FastWay?
Seems like it was just the name change and repainting the vans.
It should only have been assimilated by a courier company with up-to-date tracking notifications between driver and depot and website and customer, as the minimum for adding value.
Delivering stuff (using some commonsense) is also required.
I FOUND OUT WHAT THIS REALLY MEANS. "Consignment is being processed;Your parcel is currently being processed at a sortation facility. We’ll notify you with another update when it’s ready to be delivered"
Aramex FastWay are using a third party to do the initial collection and sorting, before it is forwarded onto the actual Aramex FastWay couriers. So when Aramex FastWay are quoting delivery times by themselves to their customers, they probably don't give this extra period of time in their data. There seems to be a LACK of transparency within this initial period of the logistics. Aramex FastWay actually claim to have NO idea of what and where the package is, they have NO tracking data. The parcel could be completely lost.
I love a good Conspiracy Theory but what really has happened here is - You purchased something from a Seller in China, probably on Ebay and failed to check the Sellers Location and relied on false Item Location. (Massive Problem - see Ebay reviews on this site) The Seller processed the item in China and obtained a Label Number for when the item eventually arrives in Australia. The Seller then sent it to a faciltiy in China to be Bulk Shipped to Australia. After it arrives in Australia and clears Customs it goes to their Australian Agent who then sort the items and distribute them to the various Australian Couriers. When Aramex actually receive the item, the Scanning commences. Remembering, the item cannot be physically scanned in Australia until it has physically arrived in Australia and there is no Chinese Scanning events in China as it is all Bulk Shipped.

Absolutely NO customer service BUT I managed to gain a VIP number and after 4 calls a nice lady answered the call and was vey helpful after I told them I was to take contact with Amazon USA and AU
a complaint has been made to Amazon seeking NOT to use them as they are bad for any business
the only place for Fastway and the new coat of paint Amarex is the Federal Court of Australia for Prohibited Trades Practices penalties
best advice DO NOT USE THEM and if the company you are purchasing uses them find another seller who uses somebody else
and be careful when agitated asians who deliver come calling at your premises and abuse you which just happened to me today
this asian guy damaged my front gate with his car door , yes a car door and not a designated Fastway vehicle and then stated it was too hot to deliver / blamed the weather and it gets better he tells lies that he actually attempted to deliver and when. he was confronted that he was no where near the property and CCTV never captured him , his story again changed
the better this show is shut down and the executives held accountable for misleading and deceptive conduct and unconscionable conduct in a court of law
After receiving everything from Australia Post, everything sent via fastway is delayed or not even sent out yet...
fastway is unreliable, slow and don't answer your questions, stick with Auspost

It is nearly coming to a week now and was told it would be delivered this weekend which is sadly not the case. I ordered a small small package and it came only two days after the estimated delivery date, so Im hoping my package will come sometime this coming week!
I am aware that the business is having big delays and was just wondering how long did it take for them to deliver domestically (NSW) to your doorstep, just want to gain an estimate for when my package will arrive, if it does! Could it also be better to pick it up personally even though it is 40 mins away and especially during COVID 5km restrictions? I anyone has picked it up personally let me know, would like hear what you went through.

This dodgy courier must cease to operate, wonder why are they wasting time and how do they still operate, because customers use them once and they regret using it.

3 months is good, most customers never get their parcels.
I have sent a previous question. I have been waiting for my order 3 months. No one came to my home address when supposedly they said that they came and didn't leave any notification that they had come. Sent too many emails and am yet to receive an answer as to when I will be receiving my order. I work 5 minutes away from your Sydney Depot. I need a response asap. I've been waiting since 12 January, tried to contact Adelaide SA they don't answer the phone, the CHAT is a automatic service. You actually get a message saying that a tick has been made case resolved or something like that. 3 times I tried chat the same response. You dont get a chance to chat. The whole service needs to be investigated. I'll be ringing the post master ombudsman to see what can be done. Maybe a police investigation because parcels seem to go missing.
I have been waiting 3 months for my order. Sent a number of emails without a response. Your Customer Service is disgraceful. I work 2 minutes form your Sydney Depot and yet you cant be bothered to deliver my order. This is unacceptable. If this is resolved by close of business today. They probably don't even look here it's just reviews. I'd spam their Facebook or go to the depot and stay there until they found it.
My tracking number is RC0004024573 my parcel has been in Sydney transit since the 12 of January and was due to be “delivered” on the 15th of January but it’s now the 27th of January so it’s been in transit for 15 days. How long until it’s delivered? The order is from ally fashion.

My mum ordered from Kmart the other day and her order arrived today and that went through sydney transit so.. it’s annoyed me lol
I literally am in the same boat. I ordered from YouandAll (Ally Fashions plus size range) and it has been stuck in the sydney depot for 2 weeks and nobody will tell me when it will arrive
I just got told that my order has been lost in transit so ally fashion gave me a gift voucher code to use for the value of my order.
I got a text message that a calling card has been left in my mail box, but there is no such thing in my mail box which proves that my parcel never got delivered. I have tried calling, emailing, chatting, and no response. What am I supposed to do to get my parcel ?

Bad choice FastWay, call center in Jordan, best of luck there, as you have discovered they are useless, tip, don't buy anything from companies that use them. Only hope is use the website to find your local franchisee phone number and call them
Sylvia, all of us are victims of Farceway's useless service. Nothing any of us have tried makes any difference, so it's not surprising that there are no ideas to help speed up delivery. I've even driven to the Sydney depot to try to find my packages.
Farceway's idiotic crowd-sourcing idea (Blu Couriers) is likely the culprit; they outsource randoms to deliver your parcels instead of assigning them to your local franchisees, with no stipulations for delivery times. So we customers get hopeless delivery times and the poor franchisee (who paid heaps to be part of their "great system") loses out and then cops flack when they actually do have to deliver.
I've had a few conversations with my franchisee when he has been assigned my package and he delivers it in the right timeframe (NBD), but I don't want to leave that to chance. It's a shame because the local franchisees are great people and before Blu started always delivered punctually.
I've previously posed a question here for Farceway staff ... how to stop any package being nominated by a Blu Courier. As usual, no response.
Aramex doesn't seem to care any more than Farceway, given their cut/paste responses to the myriad of complaints here.
The best option for us customers is to insist their seller does not use Farceway/Aramex, or buy from a different seller. The less business that goes through Farceway the faster they'll get serious about fixing their crap service.

Thanks for your answers guys. I’ve contacted the seller I ordered my package from who contacted Aramex/fastway and amazingly they got a response from them. Am told my package was sent back to the supplier ( where was my notice they were going to do that and with no calling card so I could have picked it up at the depot if indeed there was an attempted delivery ?! ); and I have to pay another $8 to get it redelivered. It is appalling that now they want a further $8 for a redelivery of an item that never got delivered in the first place. Knowing Aramex/fastway would be the ones handling the delivery again, I have written to the seller that I’d like a refund on the package; wondering if they even really sent it back to em, awaiting a reply...
Update..sender cannot refund on the product. And am told to pay the $8 if I still want it.
So where do all the lost deliveries go?? Someone's house must be decked out
Terrible company working in silos between each state with no tracking information available to trace from their customer support.
Staff not trained to do the job right and drivers were not pre-screened before taking on board. Sales oriented business with ZERO sense of customer service or product care for the parcels.
On a peak day, you will not believe fastway/aramex distributes their parcels (paid by us) to the external contractors who have no qualification or direct tracking information linked internally.
The parcels are constantly delivered with damage during transit or would take MORE THAN 1 MONTH when shipping domestically simply because the parcels were distributed from one driver to another and eventually sitting on one of the delivery cars for a long time until someone starts complaining and you ask one person from fastway they then transfer you to another deport and then receive an answer saying no support staff available to take calls and only receive email requests.
Not apologetic with anything/damage they did at OUR (the customer) cost.
I am curious to know who is the CEO of this company and that person really needs to learn everything from scratch to make things right

Don't use Farceway Tell your seller not to use Farceway Avoid sellers that only use Farceway
Fastway do they get the overflow etc from Aramex Couriers, Sendle Couriers as all being of the same ?? having massive issues with deliveries, and trying to pick up a item that is owned by me and being not allowed to pick up from depot

These are the same clowns who told me there was no one to receive my package. The problem was the address was the reception of a large national business where there are at least 4 people on duty at all times.
They simply lie, I will no longer buy from any seller who uses this sad excuse for a service company. The sooner they go out of business the better.
Is it true that there's a payment upon receiving the package. JANE FASTWAY DELIVERY told that it needs to pay tax, the receiver obligate to pay, until now they didnt deliver until now. the package almost a month already
