Agreed. I just contacted the vendor and asked for a refund, making sure I told them I'd like to repurchase if they can send it via Auspost or a reputable courier. It's not their fault but they need to know what people think of Fastway.

Where the hell are my orders???? 1x electric scooter with tracking # gz0000917726 purchased from daily plaza via catch and despatched by the seller 8.12.19, 3x personalised wallets tracking # bg0001891481 despatched by seller 11.12.19 all christmas gifts that have not arrived!!!! The tracking #s are rubbish because they dont show any details whatsoever. No response to emails and cant even get thru on the phone. Having said that the sellers are just as useless, been trying well over a week to get them to follow up and nada, no response, nothing

Hi, I have tried calling the contact number provided on my invoice and the line is constantly engaged. I have emailed several times only to receive an automated message that someone will get back to me in the next couple of days but no one has. My parcel FZ0009397329 according to your online website seems to have been attempted to be delivered and a card left but I never received a card. According to your website, it is now at your depo waiting for intructions for delivery but when I attempt to get my item redelivered using your website, it doesn't allow me to proceed to the next step. Where is my parcel???!!! Why have I not been contacted???!!! This is absurd and is illegal. This was a bed frame that I had ordered weeks ago, hoping that it will arrive before my Mum arrives this weekend, yet I am still waiting for this frame to arrive. Can someone call me or get in touch asap so that at least I can have a bed for my mother to sleep on!!!
Why does my tracking number have no updates? Ive sent through two enquiries and cant get through on the phone numbers. My daughter sent a message on Facebook for me. This is a Christmas tree I order2 weeks ago from Catch. Maybe Itll turn up for next Christmas after reading the reviews.
They don't answer the phone because they cant handle the complaints. That's if your trying to ring Fastway. As for the tracking number, it's possible it has not been dispatched. This mob are hopeless, try contacting the supplier and check the tracking number is correct. If your the one sending the item, and by Fastway, then it's a bad deal. Maybe next Christmas, I can only wish you all the luck. Hope I have been of some help.
My tracking number never got updated either. Nor did my enquiries ever get a response. If you wait >20 minutes you might get through, but there's a 50% chance they'll hang up on you as soon as they pick up the phone. I'm guessing to reduce the queue length and make it look like they're getting through all the calls they get. Good luck!
I just cannot fathom how a company with the reputation of Amazon can continue to use this company. I work all over the world and have deliveries sent by planes, trains and autoimobiles (even on a pony once in south america) and never, I repeat never, have I used a worse courier than Fastway. Without doubt *ZERO* stars.
If thousands of customer reviews tell you your courier service is the worst in the world, and you thank all of them for their feedback and hope they find their next experience with Fastways more rewarding, as you are always trying to improve your service, But it continues to get the same bad reviews, day after day,isn't time for you all to go on Newstart?
Feedback is essential in a business. It provides information on if what you are doing is making a difference. If the same problem keeps rearing its ugly head than you are doing some wrong. So what do you do? Try something different. I thought that is what we all through life. Make a mistake and correct it next time.

It is obvious they don't care. Watch the YouTube video about "Fastway is a scam", they don't care about franchisees and by extension the business as a whole.
I think that it is a culture within the ranks. Yes they don't care. The CEO should investigate were the problem lays. Maybe change through feedback from contractors and management may help. Otherwise. the problem will escalate beyond recovery. If other service companies have problems like this. They would fixed it. The reviews all tell the same story. Maybe the CEO can start there.

ok 1st thing is call cav consumer affairs then call the ACCC as they are onto these idiots as i type i would also write to them seeking compensation plus refund the postage you paid. they will try anything to get out of it however they have failed there duty and obligations to carry out the service you paid for. many are staying away from these dicks as ppl have woken up to them however what is coming there way they will not see coming . its going to be priceless the looks on there faces.

fastway stop talking through your holes as you are also known as mailman oh maybe others do not know you do all of officeworks parcels, its part of your contract. Anyway did you hear the news 1 of our friends ended up in hospital on a ventilator due to the pressure placed on them as you did not know where the parcels where at, he had to chase them all down for you and notify you on the locations. Your sick idiots caused stress on his pregnant wife and there kids, but hear is 1 you did not see coming, there has been a join op on all delivery couriers and i am lead to believe in 2020 expect it , this joint task force is coming only for fastway along with mailman officeworks and freightsafe the other who cover the thefts taking place. Funny just jumped of the dark web and all those who have done the dirty on all there customers all your details are on it even home address, uprising you did well thumbs up.

Cannot speak to anyone who can assure me they are looking for my parcel. Their on line details says 'delivered' No way was this parcel delivered. Happy to confront the driver eye to eye, This relief driver who I have his mobile, hand have rang he 10 x times, never picked up nor ever called back.. Fastway absolutely UNRELIABLE.

Why would you need to send an item via Bendigo when it was collected in Sydney and destined for Brisbane?

well, you won't mind if I view this 6 day delay as sufficient reason to query every seller re who they use for delivery and if it is you, decline to purchase. the item is out for delivery today, but given reviews, maybe it won't turn up. This late delivery, even if it actually arrives, has absolutely screwed my day up because I am supposed to be somewhere else instead of waiting here for this way overdue parcel.
This is not a common occurrence. A depot in its entirety has closed. I do of course apologise for the delay. It is certainly not the level of service we wish to provide.

We do not operate on weekends. It was collected on the 22nd at 9pm. So that as a day does not count.

Why does it take over 5 days for a parcel to travel less than 60kms? This is beyond a joke. Fastway you have really lost your level of service. Fastway used to be a great service. Now you customer service team is rude, unable to help and your service in general is really really poor. You cannot tell me where my parcel is. How is it between depots less than 60kms from each other for 5 DAYS?

F astw ay were to deliver to the home address this was stated on the order, the only updates indicated that the delivery was to be next day i.e. Wednesday already one day late, the system gave an option for where to leave if not at home, which I opted for, then on the Wednesday I received an SMS again indicting soon to deliver, no acknowledgement of previous instructions, I again took the option of leaving the parcel at home, then later received a notification that because no one at home they taken to a depot somewhere, no where near me! After struggling to get hold of anyone I managed to get a person in Australia to speak to, who acknowledged they had stuffed up and that he would follow up. Since then nothing, no apologies no plan of action and no response to the several attempts to email them. You will note they have no customer service contacts at all. I will not be buying products from any company that uses them as a courier! Whats the point of a courier delivery if they cannot follow simple instructions and deliver the product?

A calling card is a slip left at an address when there has been an attempt at delivery, on it is listed a calling card number. Being different from the tracking number, it is used to rebook delivery using our calling card portal. However, it is also linked to your tracking number and relevant when speaking to a representative.
I need to know where my parcel is. I PAID for it to be redirected and now I see you are sending it back to the retailer with the original tracking number and not the new one I PAID for. This is not ok I need an answer now this is not the first time I have had problems with your company. Absolutely disgusting

Can you please explain why the driver has marked my parcel (BN5101001568) as 'onboard ready for delivery today' on the 25th? I HAVE NOT received the parcel yet and neither the Perth depot or the driver bothers to pick up the phone.
You're not alone on the problems with Fastway. They somehow lost my parcel 3 days ago in the Perth depot and haven't found it. Also don't reply to emails and rarely answer the phone.
Because they are incompetent and their tracking system is completely manual and optional for drivers to update.
