Hello…just wondering if the premiums are based on yearly amounts or can they be changed monthly since you say the policy renews monthly. You sound very competitive in your offer but I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced the premiums increasing outside of a yearly increase? Or if they have used their policy and the premium soon increased? Thanks

Hi Elizabeth, George at Fetch here. Yes Fetch is a monthly plan, so it can change from month-to-month. Since we've been live we've only made one round of changes to the cover - mainly from feedback from pet parents on what can be better. However we roll out app upgrades for new features or better processes every few weeks. We've put in one round of price changes in-line with vet inflation so far, we update prices as and when we see claims costs change, rather than on a fixed annual schedule every year. I was excited to possibly become a member for our kitties, but the fact your logo and website feature cats, and yet you DO NOT cover cats, is beyond comprehension.

Your logo has a cat, there are cat pictures on your website, and yet not one mention until I get to the quote page !!!!!

I am part of a very large private Facebook group for Australian animal foster carers, and when I told them they were disappointed too as your cover looked simple to understand with fantastic coverage.

Feel disappointed, but I am forced to look elsewhere.

We're so sorry Schelle! We definitely love cats at Fetch and will have cat cover as soon as we can. We're just checking off a few more bits with the prices and making sure the cover is great for you!
