Run. This entire company is highly money oriented with child and staff's safety/well being coming a distant second. The upper management both expect staff to be happy to work for them and yet also tell staff to fudge legal ratios, regulations and laws because they don't want to spend the money or time to do things properly.

The Moorebank centre has been handled particularly badly by upper management. With key hr people verbally abusing staff, ignoring clear child safety issues and generally running the whole thing into the ground. There has been 4 different directors since it opened late 2023, the entire staff has been switched out multiple times and there is a total lack of consistency.
