For approximately three days, the theory was not properly taught. We were given the book and pre-assessment and were mostly left to work through it ourselves. The trainer was frequently on his phone and there were many breaks during the day.

On the scheduled theory assessment day, the trainer did not attend and the assessment was postponed. I later returned without receiving additional theory training and was unable to complete the theory assessment properly.

I was then advised that I may need to pay approximately another $300 to repeat the assessment.

I have proof of payment and other students from the same course can confirm similar concerns.

Based on my personal experience, I do not feel I received the level of training I paid for.
