Yes of course you can, freedom furniture have everything in place so the customer is not left wondering if they will loose their hard earned money or if they are going to be stuck with an item if their circumstances change. Freedom Furniture is all about customer satisfaction . I have found their staff at their Hectorville and Mile End outlet have great product knowledge, friendly and professional. I have not been allowed to cancel a sofa even when It has not been delivered. Terrible response from Freedom- Craigeiburn. I will never buy anything from this store.
I purchased a sofa on 7th Sep 2021, and it will be delivered by mid/end of Jan 2022. And today I was told it will be delivered by 4th March 2022. The order no is 9018880092579

How many times do I have to email customer service before I stop getting automated answers back ever time? same email every time... I’ve now emailed them 8+ times with the same response! Do you just keep sending me the same email until I go away? Very unhappy! And I wouldn’t even give Freedom Furniture 1 Star!

Hi my order number is 9007770275504 Seems I fully paid for a modular sofa that done a disappearing act into thin air. One day its about to arrive & the next oh dear something went wrong its now another 3 months. Doesn't make sense. I've kept my review complaint private waiting to give Freedom a chance to mediate but have had no response. Should I regret this is my question? Please prove me wrong, please prove my husband wrong too as he is wanting to take our issue to the ACCC. Hi Mike, thanks for asking. As you can see by the dozens and dozens of similar stories from Freedom customers, you have no better chance of getting the product you paid for, and was promised earlier, then the rest of us. If I were you, I’d just cancel and get your money back.
If I were a Freedom manager, who obviously knows they have no control of stock or deliveries, I’d change the process so customers only get charged once they get their goods. That way there wouldn’t be SO MANY angry customers. But, I suspect Freedom like having the cash up front for as long as they like.
Freedom has some beautiful products but their service is diabolically bad. I’ll probably buy from them again but I’ll NEVER buy an item that isn’t in stock and in my hand as I approach the counter. I simply don’t trust them to do the right thing.

Open a chat window from their webpage and start chatting. The only thing that works for freedom. Otherwise guess the email address for the store, and keep sending an email every day, in a week there is a slight chance you will get an answer!
