Hi I ordered a week ago and one of my items wasn’t included in any shipping confirmation I’m yet to get anything for it and I ordered it for an occasion and that’s passed even though I payed for express shipping so really upset and confused whether my item is still coming as it’s been over a week since I’ve ordered and the item is there in my order confirmation but no shipping had included in it I’ve emailed on kaeshabear98@icloud.com, not only that other items I received were the wrong size and the wrong item even

Same, I've been waiting 3 weeks now. No replies to my emails or contact form through there website. Literally nothing. I've asked for a refund but have no idea if I will ever get a reply or receive my items. Probably the worst online service I've ever dealt with.

Can someone contact me back Thanks. I have sent so many emails regarding my order & i have had no contact back, i ordered a expensive order over 11 days ago and i haven’t even received a confirmation email yet either, this is unacceptable, if this is not sorted i will definitely have to take it to higher authority’s as there are plenty of bad reviews & a shop that does this can not stay open.. please contact me back & sort this out.

Half of my order didn't turn up, on the invoice it clearly stated that the whole order was included in the package. The phone line is clearly rigged to not accept calls and nobody is emailing me back through the customer service email. I don't understand how it is acceptable to take my money, not provide a product then not respond. How can I contact GP to get this resolved?

Alternatively, if you cant make it in store, you can post your item back to the crew at our online warehouse. Please include your proof of purchase (for in store purchases) and a returns form.

Can you return an online order to store?

Hi Katie! If you'd like to return an item, you can head into any of our stores within 30 days from receipt with your item and proof of purchase and the crew in-store can help you with an exchange or refund.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer to post your item back to the crew at online, include your proof of purchase and returns form. We can either refund it via your original payment method or exchange your item for a different size.

You can return your items to any one of our stores or via the post when using all payment methods, excluding ZipPay. ZipPay cannot be returned to our retail stores, returns will only be accepted at our online warehouse.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return. To ensure your return arrives to us safely, we recommend using a tracked method of postage so that you can follow the return via the courier’s website.
