I received a Copper Bullet as a gift and unfortunately I am unable to use it as it doesn't "spray". The water comes out in a jet and I can't turn the part to make it spray. Any suggestions? Regards, Lucy
I just recently purchased one of your Artic Air Ice Jet portable cooler, and am really disappointed. I've iced up the rings three times, and yet the coolness of the airflow from it is barely any different to my ordinary Ring-Grip fan. Is there any way I can replace it, in case it is just a faulty product?

Hello team, I received a particle refund for the CleanZone which was returned, however the bank transaction only shows $104.92, which is $10.00 short of my total refund of $114.92. I did ask the operator( prior to posting the item) about the return cost, and was told no charge, as they would provide me with a return coupon, via email, which I had to present to the post office, for which I did. I purchased and received the XHose Pro. It came with the bonus spray nozzle, but it does NOT come with the on/off connector making the product non useable. When I phoned to ask for a connector to be sent out, I was informed that it doesn't come with one despite the instruction book saying it does, and that they are unable to send me one as they dont supply them. I now have a hose that is not able to be used.
