Starting from knowing nothing about this a quick check shows the software you are interested in is in the Apple App Store so really any iPhone or iPad. I bought a iPhone 8. For a little toddler perhaps a iPad mini? I don’t think the App will need anything special in terms of extra memory. There are lots of covers and holders available. I bought one with the second phone at a great price from GG. If you are a android phone user then you could just get a small tablet. This will be lots cheaper than a iPad.

According to the App details for ABC Reading Eggs, it requires a minimum operating system of Apple iOS 12 or Android 9.0.

For smaller iPad or tablet options, we currently have the iPad Mini 5 in stock which comes pre-installed with iOS 12 and can be upgraded to the current iOS 17. These screens are smaller as compared to the standard iPad and have a screen size of 7.9 inches.

Alternatively, for a slightly cheaper option and/or if you're an Android user, we have the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite available. However, it has a larger screen size of 10.4 inches. Unfortunately we do not have any smaller screen sizes in stock for our Androids and the only other options we have available are for the 'Plus' models.

In regards to covers for our tablets, unfortunately we currently do not have any suited for either models mentioned. Although, you should be able to purchase compatible cases at a local electronics store such as JB Hi Fi or a local phone shop or online.

If you require the use of certain apps, we suggest Googling or checking the App details in the Apple App Store under ‘Information > Compatibility’ to confirm which iOS version is required to run those apps.

Please note, the current maximum Support iOS Versions for iPads as of June 2022 are as follows:
iPad 1 - iOS 5.1.1
iPad 2 | 3 | Mini 1 - iOS 9.3.5
iPad 4 - iOS 10.3.3
iPad Air 1 | Mini 2 | Mini 3 - iOS 12.x

Other models update to the current version of iOS.

In regards to the speed, this will be dependent on your intended use of the iPad.
For example, for simple use such as emails and Social Media any iPad (where iOS compatible) will be sufficient for use. However, if you intend to use the iPad for high speed interactive games and/or graphic editing, you may require a 'Pro' model.

I have just received my Apple Watch 6 (my first Apple Watch) I am lucky to get a day out of the battery.. is this normal? I would have expected more.

The Apple Watch Series 6 the battery can last up to 14-18 hours, depending on how often you are using it. This can include (and not limited to) actions such as receiving notifications, apps running in the background, animation and transition settings, 'Always on Display', the brightness of the screen, Mobile Data and the use of Workouts and/or listing to music or answering calls.

If you find your Watch is not lasting as long with limited use, we suggest restarting the Apple Watch, re-pairing the device, changing your notification settings (to limit how many notifications you are receiving from your apps), turning off Mobile Data (when you have your iPhone with you), turn on the power/battery saving modes and ensuring the Operating System is up to date.

Yes, for mutual protection, all orders require a signature upon delivery and your AusPost tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

If you you are not attendance at your provided address on the day of delivery, AusPost will take your parcel to the nearest Post Office and will leave a card advising what time you can collect your parcel.

We have a rigorous testing procedure in place to ensure each device we have passed for sale has a battery capacity that meets with manufacturer specifications.

Unfortunately we do not categorise our devices by battery capacity as they are categorised by cosmetic grading ie EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD and GOOD. But rest assured, our devices are fully functional.

Please be aware, the Manufacturer's specifications advise that devices with a battery health above 80% is acceptable.

In saying that, we do have few devices listed under our 'New Battery' listings which have a new genuine battery installed. However, this currently isn't available for the iPhone SE 2020 range.

Please note, the battery is also covered under our 12 Months Warranty and we offer a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee on our devices.

Hi, I've bought the same phone as Shaidul (iPhone SE 2020) and although I'm very happy with the phone and its performance, I'm confused about the battery information that comes up in Settings. The message says there's an issue with the battery and it needs a service. Is there any kind of battery test that Green Gadgets carries out on refurbished phones?

I'm confused still with "refurnished" and an "imperfect" differences. I have read previous explanations. Are the "imperfect ones" used & still refurnished or actually brand new but have faulty touch/face id?

Thanks for this clarification. I think I will be buying the iPhone 11 Pro (renewed) from Amazon which costs $849. Looking at prices on your website this would equate to the very good condition, but on amazon it doesnt have any specifications on the condition. Could you help with this? Hi Max, That's correct, the 'Renewed' devices listed on Amazon are equivalent to our Refurbished 'Very Good' devices
The devices on Amazon are fully function, they are not from our Imperfect range. Unfortunately, Amazon do not offer the option for other cosmetic conditions through their listings.

Please note, Amazon only offer 6 months (180-day) Warranty on their 'Renewed' stock. However, we still provide the complete 12 months Warranty on our devices, even if you purchase through Amazon. You would need to contact our team directly should you need to make a claim.

We recieved everything in great time but the charging cable is not charging the phone. I borrowed one to see if it was the phone and thank goodness it wasn't. Is there any chance of recieving another charging Cable? I need to return this one I borrowed and quite happy to return the one that does not work.
