can you please tell me where I can buy Grout Pro cleaning cloths? Cathy.
Hi Mary everything groutpro uses can be purchased from their site here is the link: external link
How do you work out a price quote?
You arrange for Grout Pro to come to your house to quote, very easy.
Hi Breanda, Sue's right, just go to our website and fill in the quick quote form or call 1800 822 459 and one of our specialists will get in touch.
I'd like to get in touch with someone from your head office but am unable to find a phone number. Could you please send it to me. Thank you.
Hi Michelle, please call 07 5515 0119. Thanks.
how much does it cost to grout kitchen floor 20 square metres Thank you
Hi Steve, thanks for your question. There's a lot of variables that need to be considered so it's always best for one of our specialists to look at the job. Then a precise quote can be provided. If you go to our website and fill in the request a quote form someone will be in touch.
Could you please tell me how long Karl has been working for you from Nambour. I can not see any reviews on him
Hi Carroll, Karl has been with us for several year and there's never been a complaint or bad review about his work. He's a great operator and very honest. We hope that helps.
Thank you but he does not have any reviews. I will speak wit Karl when he comes on Wednesday about some of the grouting he has done
Well here is his first Bad report. I know it was my fault when they regretted one of the showers but I have photos of how badly it was done so him redo it in another colour which he did. The tile grouting through out our house had to have some grout replaced and it is still falling out. The Bathroom they did was not cleaned properly behind the toilet either. Not Happy with his work
Hello Caky, we've checked with Karl to see what happened on your job. He performed a colourseal service in your bathroom in a colour that you chose, but as you were not happy with your choice, he did the job again at no extra charge, then he also did extra colourseal work at a discounted rate. When you pointed out part of the floor behind the toilet, he immediately rectified the issue to your satisfaction. He advised you that the grout condition throughout the rest of the house was in poor condition and that the turbo cleaning would have to be done at a lower pressure to avoid causing damage which may not give the best cleaning result. Karl was correct in all of this and because the result was not to our usual standards he provided a discount despite the result not being any fault of his. The grout patching he did where grout was already damaged were the only areas included in his quote, so any original grout that is now falling out has nothing to do with his work.
In summary he did what was possible with your floors, discounted the price for what he was able to achieve, repeated work when you we not happy about your colour choice, performed additional work at a discounted rate, corrected a minor miss as soon as you mentioned it. We are somewhat mystified as to why you are dissatisfied given the efforts Karl made to keep you happy.
Our Onsite Manager requested a quote to re-grout a shower. The reply from GroutPro did not include a quote and instead recommended replacing the shower screen doors. How can this fix deteriorated grout on the shower floor and how can replacing doors stop a leaking shower floor? Also, why no price supplied?
Hi Allan, it sounds like there's been some miscommunication. Our bread and butter is regrouting shower floors. Can you please advise who the GroutPro Specialist was so we can have them get back in touch to straighten this out?
Not until you answer my questions, why no price supplied and how can replacing shower screen stop a leaking shower floor.
Without speaking to the specialist who has inspected the problem, I can't provide the answers you're looking for sorry. Please advise who came to inspect so I can help you.

Hi Robyn, while we have over 50 specialists Australia wide, we've been operating on the Gold Coast for 7 years and our head office is based at Coomera. If you look at our testimonials page external link most of the videos are Gold Coast customers and you'll see many written recommendations from others on that page. We hope this is enough for you to have confidence in using our services.
What sort of guarantee is there if the work foes meet what your expecting. Some people are members of the QBCC
Is there a warranty on regrouting bathroom tiles?
You can google their details - there are some guarantees listed on their website. But as with everything, it's conditional. I'm still very happy with the job done - I've had previous 'tilers' come and try to clean/fix my tiles - this has been the best job done so far.
Has anyone from SA used GroutPro?
Sorry, I'm from Queensland, but the GroutPro service I got was great!
Hope your local guy is just as good.
Hairy Harry

Hi Groutpro, I had someone come out between 12 to 18 months ago to regrout our ensuite. We've always kept up with using the specific groutpro products; however the grout is already going mouldy and black. We hardly use the shower as we all shower in the main area and our cleaner comes and cleans the bathroom each fortnight using the products. I'm disappointed as I've used a cheap kmart grout pen in the other bathroom and I personally feel that I've had better results for next to nothing, where I paid over $400 for groutpro to regroup our shower. I would like if someone could visit and look at the work if possible? Post code 2227.
Thanks Kate
Hi Kate, thanks for the opportunity to look at the problem. Can you please let us know which of our specialists performed the original regrouting work so we can have him get in touch to inspect. Best if you email us on admin@groutpro.com.au so we can handle it promptly. Thank you.
Do you do sealing of newly laid travertine pavers?
Thanks for your question. Yes we do offer sealing services for any new or old porous surfaces such as travertine and other natural stone and man-made porous tiles and pavers. We have penetrating sealers that can be either invisible meaning there will be no change to the appearance, or enhancing sealer which deepens the attractive colours found in natural stone. We also offer commercial quality clear surface coatings to protect the surface of the stone if that's required. All our products are professional grade, and we will not compromise and use DIY products as others do. We also offer a written 10 year guarantee on our penetrating sealer. Just let us know if you'd like one of our specialists to come out to inspect and test to ensure we can achieve the result you're looking for.
Thanks Guys. Will be in touch once laid. Any idea on apporx cost per sqm?
Hi GroutPro,
We builded the new house with all bathroom grouted by epoxy ( 1.5-2mm between porcelain tiles) The colour we have been chosen was wrong. It is two yellowish, we want it become white. We really want to change that colour. Could you please give us some advise? Thank you in advance
We can use our ColourSeal product to change the colour of most grout. It's surprising how often we are called because an incorrect grout colour has been used and it needs to be changed, but the results are always excellent! As this is epoxy grout we need to come and look at it and do some tests to be certain you'll get the result you're looking for. If you can call us on 1800 822 459 or use the form on our website to request a quote, we'll have our closest specialist get in touch for a free inspection and quote.
Thank you very much, I am waiting for the house handover. I will approach you.
Hi Queenie. We are near end of our house build and house builder put in uncolured grout but its a lot darker than sample we were shown. Hand over should be in next month so just wondered if you got your tiles regrouted by Groutpro because i am looking for a company to regrout
Maggy, why don't you ask the builder regrout for you, if they use the normal one? If your grout is epoxy, it is very hard, it is impossible to change, because it will damage the tile. I have not do any thing to my tile yet.
Hi Queenie & Maggy, we're able to replace grout with the colour you want in most cases, although applying GroutPro ColourSeal to recolour the grout is usually quicker and lower cost. The best thing to do is have one of our specialists come and evaluate the options. We'll provide you or your builder full detail of how we propose to solve the problem and there's no obligation at all, we offer free quotes. Just get in touch when you're ready and we'll explain which of our solutions is best in your situation.
