Can anyone got the bank to refund give me some insight on how this was achieved? It's been over 6 months since I placed the order for $758.10, and still got nothing from them. Much appreciated. My bank didn't agree to pay, saying I willingly got scammed.

I messaged AMEX through their app, I explained the situation and two days later the money was back on my card. I would wager a guess that what AMEX did for me not all banks would do.

I googled the company as I was contemplating placing an order. Thankfully I was directed to this site & fair to say i will not be proceeding further.

My question though...I noticed at the top of the page it says a company representative monitors these reviews but after looking at first 6 I am even more concerned they clearly want to read the reviews but not once have they responded to any of the reviewers having paid them for items but months later still have not received and emails they have sent following up on their orders are being ignored. Disgraceful

I haven't as I bought from their online store <https://homewants.com.au/.> They're still sending promotion emails for this website, but curiously enough that no one is replying from the same email address and phone calls never get through now. It seems they have a store in Smithfield NSW, according to Google map - I'll come back and update again when I get to visit it by person.

Don’t bother! I do not recommend this shop at all costs! It was terrible dealing with [Name Removed]*!! Will take your money but won’t give you the product that you paid for. He will promise you for a refund and been waiting for months now and no money is deposited into my account!!

Goodluck with that. Been waiting for months and no refund at all. I spent 2,300+ with this company. Been driving to their warehouse in smithfield couple of times, they talk to you nicely and then they will totally forget or ignore whatever they promised you regarding refunds.

Hello HWF, As per my order number 3565, I am waiting for the TV Unit that was sold in December 2020. The manager informed me that I will received in February, however it isn't happened, I called several times in two phone numbers (02) 80892574 / 040995205, and I also sent a lot of messages by whatsapp all were unsuccessful. Two weeks ago I called More 20 times to Home Wants and after I got to talk to manager who said that in a week approximately I will receive the product but I didn't received nothing..... Today is day 3 of March I don't get any contact and I didn't had any information about it. I sent email and also they didn't answered to me.. I am worried after that I read the bad/terrible reviews about this company. I hope to receive my TV Unit soon, otherwise I will cancel my order, request all money that I payed or take other measures. I am disappointed because when I was buying that product I got to talk easily by WhatsApp to manager (Kiarah) who was friendly, now after I bought the TV Unit I don't get any contact with this company. Yea same, they reply when you’re enquiring to order. But once you’ve ordered, it’ll be impossible to get in touch. I find this really stressful tho. It’s consuming. It’s a shame coz they have really good products but the experience is something you won’t wanna repeat.

So once I receive my bed (if I ever do) I won’t be ordering anymore. I’d rather pay more and have a less stressful experience than this.

I have ordered 2 beds over 2K combined. I was told one would have been delivered over a month ago. And now i cannot contact them at all! Guys call your banks, call Afterpay and report this company. They need to know especially Afterpay. I just contacted Afterpay and they will help. These types of so called businesses ruin people. And they need to be stopped!

I’m trying not to post a negative review trying to understand that you may be short staffed that’s why you don’t reply to messages.

However, Ive been chatting you on Facebook about your product and I was getting a response. But then as soon as I provided an order number to follow up on, you just went offline.

Not sure what is happening behind the scenes. Today we received an email from hwf, showing numerous customer’s email addresses- a massive breach of privacy.

There are two females that work from the office in Smithfield. And one delivery driver. It’s an upstairs show room with just two girls working on laptops with a few of the items on show. It’s in a warehouse. It was about a month ago I went and picked it up ourselves.. luckily.... otherwise it was a two week delivery wait when it was literally 3 suburbs away.

I was told it would be late January before it was delivered, but now my emails aren't been replied too and I would like to know when I am getting my dressing table?
