HomeZone Questions & Answers
Has anyone else built or building with Homezone or had any dealings with them?
Yes we built with them, over all our house was quite nice but not value for money compared to other builders, some things we had to pay extra for were standard with other builders. We had a few issues but they got them fixed fast. We have serious structural cracking and most door frames and window frames have dents in them, we paid $7,500 for internal painting and it's absolutely terrible, really really horrible job, we also have holes in the wall around light switches that were not patched up. Tiles cracked in bathroom, garage door not working properly, standard toilets are the most cheap things we've ever experienced, will be replacing. Quite a quick build and the owner was reasonable to deal with but the office staff are awful, our pre start girl was chewing gum drinking coke and so feral and rough I thought wow this is a worry, she has left now and was very very horrible to deal with. I won't even start on the building superviser he could not care less. On a positive note they were better than some builders out there but still waiting for our 6 month inspection and they have no interest so far in coming.
Good morning. If Bree who replied to the question could contact the HomeZone Building office it would be very much appreciated. We have no client by that name on the record with the apparent issues noted and have no outstanding maintenance issues.
