The consultant Shane Johnson is so welcoming and just answering all the queries we had for him. After some chatting regarding our thoughts of what type of design of the house we have in mind, he showed us many home designs plan which are very close to our liking. He's not pushy at all and very friendly and helpful. Finally, he custom designed the house plan as per our thought and that's when the house build journey started. The build process is so stress free and smooth sailing and a blink of eye, the house is almost ready. The quality of the build, from the external brick structure to the interior tiles and carpentry work, are beyond excellent. The customer laision, Haylea just keep updating us of the build process. Site supervisor Todd is so professional and knowledgeable during our meeting at the site duing tiles inspection and pre-handover inspection. He is patient and so receptive when some minor concerns were raised. At the end of our pre-handover inspection, only some paint and sealant touch out needs to be done, that explain the good quality of work done by Blueprint. Even after the house handed over to us, Todd is still contactable and promptly attended to any issues raised by us. No regrets and gladly happy that we have chosen Blueprint. Once you are moved into into the house though, it's like that's job done they don't need to deal with you anymore. I have had some issues with my house, which is not entirely their fault, just bad luck and some faulty materials used. But the problem is, nobody wants to hear any of it. You call and "someone will get back to you" but nobody does. You email and "we've passed on your message to the relevant person" who you never hear from. I don't expect anyone to drop everything and fix my problems immediately, but waiting 6.. 12... 18.... and counting months with no progress at all and nobody to even acknowledge your problems will get resolved, meanwhile you live in a broken house. I would say it's very bad customer service, but more accurately non existent customer service.

Several trades really stood out, especially the tiling and plastering teams—their work is genuinely impressive, with a level of precision and finish that gives the home a polished, high‑quality feel. Our Housing administrator was approachable and always prompt in response to any concerns raised. We have built a home before, but we are not construction experts, so the recruitment of a building inspector was a very wise investment. We encountered a few minor issues during and after construction, which once identified by our building inspector were rectified without question. I’m sure this is normal for a project of this size, but having a document that records any deficiency or concern did prove to be invaluable.
