I wanna know why do you offer just 1 year of warranty for Wenger watches although Wenger watches have 3 year of international warranty?

Does it mean that you are not an authorised seller for this brand?

All our watches are authentic and we cover the warranty for 12 months. If there are any manufacturing faults our in house watch maker's will repair the watch. We also sell at much better prices so that is why we cover it for only 12 months.

Hi Don, shipping to the UK can vary in time - it can take anywhere from 4-10 business days. We can sometimes expedite the shipping depending on which warehouse the ring is coming from.

Hey! Whoever said it is fake is most likely someone who hasn’t bought from them or are just trolling :) I have multiple MK watches from Ice, and they are all genuine and completely amazing

Thanks for your message. Shipping to Brisbane depends on the product purchased. All products have their own shipping time frame. Some can be delivered next day, some take a few days to dispatch.

If you're purchasing any item from the external link website it is genuine. If you're referring to a different site I'm unable to assist you. Ice online sends out the authenticity certificates etc. as I was still sceptical (at first) I took it to a local jeweller who confirmed their authenticity too.
