Does anyone know the address of their Derrimut, VIC depot? Or their contact number? Their published number 1300164220 is never answered. Doesn’t even take a voicemail. Automated message asks to email them! Any contact information will help greatly.

Hi I am very confused and getting very very frustrated. I have been to the address you stated my item was delivered to. They have not received my delivery. (It’s a couch so not lost in a garden or letterbox) Please check your records properly. I need my order ESICK00003126 delivered ASAP please I’m not sure why it is getting booked in a truck i stay home and it never arrives or the truck comes with someone else’s item on it . I never get text updates either This is so unacceptable and I don’t want to be forced to take this further Please provide an update You have my correct details just deliver my item please and respond to my 5 emails sent . A Current Affair news story is looking good if this isn’t delivers shortly . My friend is a journalist/reporter for the show and is happy to run a story after reading all of these comments. I don’t want to go this far but if my item doesn’t turn up by end of next week I will.

I feel for all those who have left comments here & it seems over the time nothing has changed with this company & it’s not like it’s free shipping. Their website states they have up to date tracking but not sure how true that is & I certainly don’t want to be waiting as long as all you have. I bought a bed & mattress from Kogan both being dispatched out of Melbourne (I am a little over an hour away from Melbourne. On the 10th March they were dispatched from Kogan & took 6 days for movement on tracking to show it had arrived in NSW ( I am a little over 9 hours away!!!). Then last night I checked & the bed had come back to Victoria to Derrimut. Their website states you get an ETA on delivery, mine states when our next run is scheduled!!! Ok so when is that? Oh & the mattress, well that is still travelling from Melbourne to Truganina (About a half hour drive. 8 days & counting). If I didn’t discover that this was an actual transport company I would swear I’d been scammed. If my bed & mattress don’t arrive Monday or Tuesday at the latest I will be taking it further & not by Kogans little ‘Escalation’ process.

I have been waiting for my parcel for three weeks. So far it has travelled all around Victoria. And is yet to make its way into NSW. Neither you nor the seller Kogan have a phone number to contact. And you don’t answer emails from me or Kogan apparently. So where is it. Why does it take so long. Why are you so bad at your business

Hi I am told my package was attempted to be delivered Monday 20th December. No card was left. The tracking says I need to pick up from the depot, but nothing telling me where that is. Could you please help in getting the boxes 3,4 and 5 delivered to me as I only received Box 1 and 2 a month ago and since then the update says the rest of the item is at brisbane Depot.. ESLICM00005576. It is useless for me to have 2 boxes out of 5 delivered as i cant do anything with them.

My parcel has been sitting in a depot for over a week with no updates and was supposed to arrive days ago. I have tried emailing twice with no response and the fact there is no phone number to call is appalling. My tracking number is ICLS3603764. I'd really like an update.

Where are items and who do we contact if you can't respond to the Customer Service email that you provide? No response, have emailed MULTIPLE times for tracking on my packages that are sitting in Padstow and not moving.
