I have personally purchased quite a few things from identity direct. Speaking from experience a few times certain items have taken longer to receive than usual because of covid and personalised items. I to am waiting for a delivery but rest assured you will receive your order. Try emailing them or just wait as I am. I'm confident in regards that my items will be delivered. Hope this helps

Identity Direct, I purchased 5 personalised soccer balls which arrived in September. I realise it is more than 30 days, but I purchased these for xmas for my great grandchildren. They were not inflated when they arrived and I placed them in the cupboard until I took them out yesterday for them to be inflated. The two blue and white ones are okay but the 3 red and black ones will not inflate. One did then went down, one did not inflate at all and the other one is going down. Please can you help I cannot afford to purchase again. My order number was 31681720.
What a silly thing to buy in the first place. I wouldn't have bought such things. Inflatable things are fraught with dangerous unknowns.

Order No 31041194 I was sent details on 29/3 that the order was received, 30/3 processed, dispatched 6/4 with delivery to occur between 8/4-12/4. This book has never arrived. I am very frustrated with the service from Identity Direct. On your last report to me you expected your enquiry to take up to five business days -that was three weeks ago and I have still had NO RESPONSE!! Please can you just send me the book I ordered and when, if ever, you locate the lost book, that can then go back to your stock.
