You will not receive your order. Company is a sham. I put in a dispute with Zip whom I purchased through and they got me a refund . I recommend you dispute with your bank or whoever you purchased order with. Good luck

Hi, I ordered clothes worth 198 aud order number #ISH 217506. I only received an email indicating the goods were at the suppliers in December 2022. I have not heard from them since!!! there is no contact number to follow up, no response from email, all am getting is your promotional emails. what does someone have to do to get back their refund???

If you paid with PayPal or Afterpay, go to them and lodge a dispute. If not, you may have no way of getting your money back. I'm in a similar situation with no response from them to me or Afterpay and despite saying they needed to respond or I would contact the ACCC and consumer affairs.

The best thing is to contact the ACCC and then lodge a complaint with the consumer affairs office in your state. Apparently, Ishka went into voluntary administration in 2020 yet still advertising and taking (then keeping) people's money without honoring that it's for a product! Also, a Facebook group called High Priestess, is gathering details on all people 'burned by Ishka'.

I am in the same situation - if you paid by credit card, contact your credit card provider. They may be able to help. I have and they are now going to start communicating with Ishka directly. Even told me if they cannot either get them to forward the goods or give refund - they would refund me the money directly. Hope this helps.

I desputed through after pay and I got my money back ..I was waiting for a few weeks though ..but I did my money back in full .. lots of emails ect to ishka did nothing .. they actually blocked me on fb lol .. pathetic ishka needs to be investigated.

I paid with Zip and have lodged a dispute with them. Waiting to hear back. Hopefully will get a refund. It is the first time I have had any problem with purchasing online. Just shows there are scams out there and in future I will read reviews before I purchased. Good luck everyone

I paid with my bankcard . I had too file a fraud dispute and bank could not believe all the reviews . The bank officer even went on my phone too check my order and Ishka came back and replied with that automatic help . There was No order . I also contacted Consumer Affairs in NSW they are very helpful and report to ACCC. My bank cancelled my card and are disputing as I type .

I have just received a refund from Zip. I put in a dispute with them and they gave Ishka until end of February to contact me . I have not heard from Ishka from time of purchase until now. Just a big scam!! I recommend you put in a dispute with your bank or whoever you purchased order with.

I (and from the reviews I’ve read over the last couple days) have been waiting a considerable period for my order to be filled. On Wednesday 1st December 2022 I was advised that my order had been processed and would leave the warehouse the following Wednesday and would be delivered by AusPost/StarTrack. Needless to say my order hasn’t been delivered. Yesterday I telephoned Ishka’s only number (Clayton shop) which was the number I called on 1 Dec. I waited for 45 minutes and my call was never answered. I then did “live chat” and was advised by the Bot that “the order is being processed”. When I indicated that response wasn’t satisfactory the Bot requested my email addressed. I was then contacted via FaceBook Messenger and was told that the phones weren’t being answered due to “lack of resources”. I took a screen shot of that message. The Bot on Messenger also advised that “the order is being processed”. As I learned over the passed 2 days ISHKA hasn’t been filling orders from since (it appears from various and numerous reviews) about June/July 2022. ISHKA is also not making refunds for unfilled/cancelled orders. At best and only after lots of badgering it’s giving refunds as store credits to customers who live outside of Victoria. In my opinion ISHKA is trading insolvent. I suspect it’s operating as a ponsey scheme - meaning it’s taking money from new orders to pay suppliers of long outstanding orders which explains the months and months and months of delays in receipt of product by customers (if it happens at all.
