JB - you failed again?
JB's website will gladly take your money; but everything else, especially for a product you can't buy except via its stupid website, is according to my interpretation "Misleading and Deceptive Conduct" under any state or territory Trade Practices Act legislation.
Where is JB-18583105?? I ordered it on the 18th, a claimed promise by the 25th July. Today is the 1st of August; I have rung you people and haven't given me any correspondence updates???
Update: No need to answer the question, I've rung a competitor to get it, and I have a guarantee that the item in question will be ready for pick-up next Wednesday 7th. Unlike you lot, who can't even answer simple customer service questions.

I would like to order a massage machine to be sent to a friend interstate but with all these negative reviews I think I will order from someone else more reliable.
If it is in stock I’ve always had great service, the issue is if it is out of stock no one knows when it will arrive ( I had to cancel my order after 3 months).

I got this gopro max 360 , 2 years ago from JBHi fi brisbane and I kind of feel I have been scammed by both Gopro and JB, it keeps freezing, heating up , or not recording .. lucky when i bought i paid for 2 years warranty! but i have swapped it twice and after 1 month again same issues ! and the store respond on every return gets more rude ech time i go there ! and even once they tried to swap the bad one with my own pretending it is new one but i noticed it from serial number and very upset from it! did anyone have had the same problem ?
Hi John, I would visit the shop in person, request to speak with the manager, and do not leave until your unit is replaced. I would then sell it on Ebay or FB, and then purchase a different model or brand. Hope this helps.

My son made his first ever online purchase he ordered headphones over 40 days ago and they still havent arrived he is only 10 and I am not one to write a bad review but how can that be?? All he thinks now when he see a JB Hi-Fi is not to go there as they took his money and gave him no product. Its pretty poor form
I cancelled my order yesterday with no satisfaction as they couldn’t answer a date when it would arrive I ordered my monitor yesterday with Office works who beat the price by 5% and it was delivered today in a 24 hour turn around Thanks Office Works Shame JB can’t match it
