How to clean the gritty feeling off a brand new unused Kaboodle Biancoccino benchtop. I have wiped the benchtop a few times but it always feels gritty. ???Why. We have not had that in any other kitchens in the past. Last time many years ago we used Duropal benchtop with no issues. Still going strong in the old kitchen.

Have a Kaboodle kitchen bench top which has melted after placement of hot pot on the surface. Can anyone advise if this would be covered under warranty.

Are Kaboodle push to open draw runners adjustable.

I got a 60cm oven cabinet but that width includes the sides of the cabinet. The space for the over to sit is one 56.5cm. All the 60cm ovens I'm seeing are 59cm wide so how is that supposed to fit?

I have had some water damage due to flooding. My Kaboodle corner pantry on one side and the floor has been damaged and has swollen and maybe the door. Am I able to replace these parts or do I have to buy a whole new corner pantry?

Can a pyrolitic oven be installed in a kaboodle oven tower?

Hi, do I have to attach oven end panels if I am adding a cabnet either side of the oven? Can I put the heat defectors between each cabnet? If I need the end panels please give me the product code. Because the kitchen app did not add them to my purchase list. Thanks so much

I have recently purchased a built in oven with my new kaboodle kitchen. On both sides of my oven, I have 63mm filler panels prior to the next cabinet starting. Do I still need to install the heat deflector strips? If so, I wasn’t provided with end panels. Do I need to get these?

Hi, had new Kaboodle laundry put in May 2021. The laminate benchtop is already covered in small scratches. These appear to have come about from my plastic washing basket - which is an ordinary basket with no particular features on it. Very disappointed in the quality of the benchtop. Had I known it would scratch so easily from a washing basket I would not have bought. Is the benchtop covered by a warranty or how can the scratched surface be repaired please.

We installed a feta whip matte bench top a couple of months ago. I loved it but unfortunately it is not staying matte. Also I wonder if I’m doing something wrong as it is showing little spots etc. I’ve been ever so careful when using it. I never place anything directly on to it. Eg placing plates etc onto a tea towel I’ve laid on bench. Has anyone any ideas on how to get the matte finish back? Is it possible to give the bench a gentle sanding? Thanks, Roz

Hi has anyone used black olive colour in their kitchen?

Have just installed Kaboodle 2 x 31L Side-Mount Pullout Bins. The bins strongly resist being pulled out for the first 30-50mm, then there is a clicking sound and suddenly the bins slide out as I would have expected them to do. This happens every time. Bins have been installed according to directions. Measurements are accurate and runners are level. I have inspected the parts and they all seem fine. What do I do?
