we have had a Leisure Pool installed recently and the Wide Bay Leisure Pool guys are fabulous!!!!!! Nothing was a bother, communication was excellent and the installation was too perfection. The best pool team we Have ever worked with. Would recommend them 100%.
Can I have leisure pool north side Brisbane do my pool . When I’m on the south side ? North side seems to have better reviews?

I can vouch for the North brisbane branch, Taylor and his team, but I don’t know about wide bay.
Do you guys really drink Alcohol on site? That must be where the leisure part of your slogan comes in. And did those people get their money back from Adrian in the end or are they still out of pocket? And one last thing why do your customers say it's so hard to get a response from the likes of managers etc? I have 7 friends who want to put pools in their yards and after reading the reviews I'm not impressed buy the way you treat people

Our experience resulted in a nightmare and the loss of $80,000 and the pool is no longer there. They get you to sign but then from there they do as they please. We hired them as professionals and told them we had our faith and trust in them as they know what they are doing. Well it turned out they did both. And they let us down enormously. I’m actually suffering PTSD from it. Don’t go near them.
I’d like to know how long it is supposed to take to install a pool? We are getting one installed atm and there is no communication and they keep telling me it’s delayed because of rain but there’s no rain where I live. They have only worked 2 days a week at the most. They say there coming to do something on a day and then don’t show up and don’t call. Please tell me what is acceptable from leisure pools?
Hello, I am wondering what the connection is between Leisure Pools and The Fibreglass Pool company? The logo they use is almost identical and they both install fibreglass pools and both operate out of Logan area of Brisbane. Could someone tell me please and thanks.
They're not the same. All pool models are different to LP and their logo, apart from the 2 swirls looks nothing like LP

Hi I am thinking of getting a pool for my therapy and would need to have it heated to approx. 32 degrees are your pools able to do this, if so that would be great.
Avoid Leisure Pools. Trust me on this one. Just dont do it
Anyone can provide a ballpark figure of installing a pool (10-12m long one). I know each situation is different but my expectation is to still fit inside some ballpark figures. I got a quote > $130K for the pool (fully installed, concrete, fences,....) but feels rather $$$$$.

Hey Ava, Based on my experience with Leisure Pools, I would not go anywhere near them. My review is in there, have a read. The installer may be ok but the parent company does not back the I stalker up if anything goes wrong

Hi, Yatala Leisure Pools installed our pool however there are still issues with the pool as well as property damage that they promised to have fixed 2 weeks ago. They now will no longer respond to us, is there anyone else at Leisure Pools we can talk to or do we now just contact the ACCC?
Alesia, I went with Gary in Hervey Bay branch and he was great, unfortunately because they are a franchise, it's the luck of the draw whether you get a good person or not, my girlfriend had the same sort of problems in Port Macquarie. Outside of complaining to Leisure Pools direct and giving bad revues to the person who did yours, I wish you luck.
Hi aleisa, Unfortunately this is a common problem with Leisure Pools. I have received private messages from other customers with the same issue. The way the business runs with Leisure Pools basically just being a distributor of shells means theres no real path to follow when you have issues. If the franchise you use dont want to play ball you have no where to follow up the problem other than escalating with Fair Trading or small claims. Best to stick with a company that has a proper customer service and dispute resolution department.
