What is the address for sending items back that do not fit my requirements... Thwere was no return form in the package.
I placed and order 73545284 on 3 Sept 23 and was advised on 11 Sept 23 that there would be a 2 week delay. The parcel was delivered on 23 Sept 23. I left Australia for Europe on 12 Sept 23 and returned on 20 Oct 23. I can produce a copy of my passport to prove this. On my return I tried on the blouse and it was obviously not an XL that I ordered. A friend of mine is an XS and she was going to buy it off me. It did not fit her. She could not even get her arms in it. It is obvious that the bag the blouse was in was incorrectly marked. I then tried to return the item but of course it was outside the time for your return policy. If the item was delivered on the original timeline I would have been here to receive it. Under the circumstances I think I should be entitled to an exception regarding the return policy. I would be happy to discuss this situation. Regards Sandra Douglas

Riekie, Contact Customer Service with your Order Number & problem & they will look into it & exchange for a large size. I did that last week after receiving a 2 pce bathing suit which was too small & they were happy to replace it with a larger size which is now in transit. The rep was very understanding & obliging to my situation. Hope that helps you.

Best to contact them via the "My orders" section on their website. Then go to the order number the item was part of. There is a "customer service" link on that order number. Click on it and you will see the option to return or exchange. From my experience, in a couple of my orders one item I received was not the correct size and in another I received the wrong color. I took a photo (with measuring tape and showed the measurements) and attached it to my request. I communicated with them via their website, and they replied quickly.

I am 38,36,48 so what do I order? Im confused with the sizing. I buy alot of shirts and the size I order is 8US. No problems with size. Is this just because I was ordering shirts? I just started looking for pants and trousers. Do I need to go somewhere else and buy Oversizes? The biggest size on the chart I'm looking at is as as follows;. 3 XX, US size said ---"16-18", Then inches "28-29". Does this make sense? Or could it be a typo? I am wanting to buy 11 shirts but am scared to buy as yr reviews say the sizing is crap.
Sizing has never been a problem for me, all good and apart from the last order. I have ordered 5 polo shirts at a time about 5 times and last order the material was different on two shirts, giving hardly any stretch. I probably will not order from them again as they have never addressed my issue and reading some of the reviews the company doesn't seem to respond if one has a problem.

The company is very difficult to contact and they'll close of your 'ticket' if they don't like your complaint/concern so you will need to be persistent... but if you log into the system there are templated responses you can click in a drop-down menu to the righthand side of your order to request an item is replaced or refunded.
I received my parcel ordered online on the 26th May for 2 Polyester Womens Shirts. I am not really happy with size. Is there anything I can do to return items for a bigger size.

Brian dispute the payment through your credit provider for refund. The “return policy” asks you to jump through hoops before giving a fake china return address. Don’t bother as I have not seen one person who has done this successfully. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!
How do you return an item/s to LightInTheBox, when you never signed up to their website and paid via Paypal. I have tried emailing them and explaining my problem in trying to return an order, but their instructions just don't work.
I had an app on my phone, had signed up and used a card to pay. The return process doesn’t appear to change if you are signed up, it’s just as difficult and non-eventful. The address they give is not a real one (google search it), so not worth returning items to unless you want to dispute the payment with ur credit provider.
