Was receiving emails regulary apologizing for delay and the information was sent to their Marketing Office to deposit into account. They’re not less than a pair of petty criminals. They are selling products out of stock. They will tell you that there is stock issue, when you ask for refund they say they will then they have a problem there for they invite you to share your banking details. You can see what they are trying to do. My advice is to contact your financial institution and let them know. Tell as many people as possible about this fraud.

We know the phone numbers are not connected. Bur has anyone in Sydney been around to this mob`s place of business to see if it exists? If so have you spoke to any member of staff? Ron previous comments have been its a small office in a large building complex. I contacted my credit card and lodged a dispute & they temporally have refunded my credit card and waiting on Liquorekart's bank for a reply re my refund request.

Also Ron I have lodged a complaint with the NSW Liquor & Gaming, NSW Fair Trading there is a mobile 0466314789 (i have not called as like you it is a waiting game & the longer they do not refund the worse their case will be) The parent company is "The Trustee for G & G Family Trust, I am yet to annoy them. Received an email from Liquorkart 14/11/23 saying my refund has been processed & it would be 7 days to refund and please do not raise a complaint (a stalling maneuver). a pain but hopefully they will be fined or prosecuted.

Hi Brian, I did use that email address to the boss and got a response and refund from the Support team, no doubt they had a rocket put up them. Suggest all contact the Chief on the emails that Brian supplied..

Why is this so called company still operating. They are stealing peoples money and no one is doing anything about it. I have tried to contact Liquorkart numerous times and now their phone number comes up, "no longer in use". I placed an order over 3 months ago and still says "processing". I want to either get the product or a refund but very hard when no one answers emails or the phone line is not in use now!

The only way you will get a refund from this scam company is to contact your bank and arrange a charge back. It will take months but worth it in the end.
