Hi Kylie, Thank you for your enquiry. If you would like to order an additional calorie plan for your fiancé, you will first need to add them as a member of your household account. To add another member who will receive deliveries to the same address: • Log in to your online account. • From the Welcome Page, select "Check/Edit Your Account Details". • On the next page, click "Add Member" and follow the prompts. Once the new member has been added, you will be able to select their name from the "Who the Order is For" section when placing an order. Alternatively, if your fiancé is interested only in additional main meals or extras, these can be added directly to your existing order by increasing your meal pack size or adding additional packs. Please note that payment details must be registered separately for each member of the household. For security reasons, we are unable to transfer payment information from one member to another. Payment details can be added or updated by selecting "Add/Change Credit Card Details" from the Welcome Page. Please see our Heating Instructions below: Microwave - Heating times / Heating 2 meals at one time • Heating times may vary depending on the wattage and age of your microwave • Heating instructions for our meals are based on 1100-Watt microwave timings. • Heating multiple meals at once: You can heat two meals at once if you double the heating time. Check them at about halfway and adjust accordingly to your microwave • Microwaving food does not destroy the nutrients in the food

We have not been able to replicate the issue you have raised with regards our Pack Recommender tool on the Lite n' Easy website, and all of the options appear to be working. I’ve had my order sit out for 8hrs it comes packed with dry ice I just try to have the box placed in a spot that’s not directly in the sun but I haven’t had a problem yet with it

Thank you for reply. I did request an area 3 steps from front door exactly where I left the eski (2nd order) but dropped at front door luckily I was just leaving for work so was able to put in.the freezer. Maybe I can pin note on the empty eski. Thank you again for reply

I agree. I live at Palm Lake Resort Bargara Queensland Australia and each person receiving food has to pay $15.00 delivery fee. Robbery

Hi Ann, Lite n Easy meals are packed in ice which lasts such a long time. I’ve never had a problem, Hope this helps you.

Hi Anna, the only thing I can think of here is to just have the one account for just the one delivery order and cost, I'm sure there wouldn't be any limit of food you could order but I'd check with Lite 'n' Easy just in case. I also would think you'd be both still be able to download the free Lite 'n'Easy app so you can still do the exercises and enter your weight, measurements and end weight goal. You'd only need to use one app to order the food so there would be only one delivery and cost. Hope that helps and thanks for reading my review.

Thanks JoJo, Unfortunately, Lite N Easy don't allow you to purchase more than one meal plan per account.

My brother ordered a 7 day standard meal plan and a 5 day My Choice plan as he was offered a 15% discount. Was intending to share the food with other family members and save on 3 delivery charges to the same address. Online order system allowed it, but next day Lite N Easy cancelled the My Choice plan. If computer system allows it, Lite N Easy should honour it. My brother will be cancelling his account after delivery.

I'm not aware that you can't. I was given to believe you can order dinners..... or maybe I misunderstood.

Hi Greg, you can absolutely order your choice of dinners from either our Standard Dinner range or our My Choice Dinner range on our website. All you need to do is add the pack you would like (e.g. 7 Dinner Pack) then you can select the individual dinners for that pack. If you have any problems though, please call us on 13 15 12 and one of our consultants will be happy to help place your order over the phone.

You still say you have to add a pack, then select frm that pack. I feel this sounds a bit misleading. If I am incorrect you may correct me but can I select from your whole dinner menu??

Hi Greg, sorry for any confusion caused. Once you add a 7 Dinner pack (for example) to your order, in the next step of the ordering process you can select the 7 individual dinners you would like from the full range of over 60 dinners available on the menu.

Hi Sonya, if each family member would like to order a meal plan which includes breakfast and/or lunch, then you will need 3 separate accounts as this allows us to pack and label each of the meal plans for each person. If you are just ordering the dinner meals for each person, then only one account is required.
