James, You contacted me earlier this month (May 2024) and despite me informing you that I was neither the owner nor was I employee since 2023, you insisted that I was to be blamed for the activities of this company. And to add insult to injury, you determined it was better to spam my private social media. After I had contacted you in an attempt to resolve this misunderstanding, and explain that while my name was attached to the company - merely as an employee who appeared as its public face - you had thanked me for my assistance and I removed you accordingly, following distasteful and sweeping commentary about Australian people and ad hominem. This was followed with barely comprehensible emails send from a proxy email through to my professional website, which again were sent in bad faith and were less of a request than a harangue about problems I have no ability to help you with. And now I find my name throughout this website, despite a insistence that I had no say in the operations of this company, no less at a time when I was not employed.

I'm writing this reply in what is essentially an effort to clear my name, although this should not be required of me in the very first place. It is clear to me that you have fair frustrations about this company but it is unfair to implicate someone (me), threatening them in turn. Please know that there is a reason why I left this company on my own accord - perhaps you can draw an inference from all the disgruntled customers.

Finally, you had reported to me under a different name and pretence, claiming you were a perfume brand operating out of Dubai. On this understanding I was tolerant of your fairly abrupt language - however, now that who you are and your status is evident to me, your harsh commentary bodes less well with me. It is supremely difficult to communicate with someone who is an uncharitable and unfair interlocutor.
