Is anyone able to tell me how to track an order from Luxo living? No one seems to bother to reply and the email they sent with the tracking number is so vague. No link or actual name of the courier company?

Wish I had read the reviews before buying!

Order: S334979 We have paid for this end of September. Delivery was promised 24 November. Where is my order and when will it be delivered ? I spoke and emailed your call centre and cannot even get a tracking number / waybill number. I was told the delivery company / couriers is Deluxe Logistics but cannot find a legitimate legal website for such a company.

I am in the same boat. Ordered a bed on 3/12 (wanted it for Xmas), and keep getting the runaround saying it was despatched on 7/12 but no tracking details. Now I'm trying to get a refund. Kogan have been little help either. All in all, appalling customer service and I am crossing my fingers that I receive a refund for an item that was supposedly despatched a month ago!

Job number 7384. My delivery to 24/74 Brown Street, Paddington, was not delivered. This is a large complex with a well marked sign at the entrance. Paddington Aged Care. If the driver had entered 74 Brown St he would have seen a building with a large entrance on the left where packages are left. Doors swing open. The consigliere will sign, he does dozens of times a day. What happened?

Why are you unethical liars who advertise cheap prices to attract customers but then don't actually have anything even close to that price AT ALL You advertised on Google "Egg chairs starting from $199" - when I messaged about this you simply said you don't have egg chairs for $199.....cheapest egg chair is over $300. Personally I would rather not deal with a bunch of unprofessional & unethical liars who will use sneaky & underhanded methods just to make money. If that's how you treat your customers to start with imagine what you'll do if I needed to return an item or had an issue. Businesses such as you care about making a dollar FULL STOP - your Google reviews prove that.

So they can get you to go to the warehouse to pay for one then tell you they don’t have it and refuse to return your money. Oh they will also try and make you pay cash (ato where u at?).

This is now the second time I have a day off to get this bed made and again your company has let me down. I clearly asked for the Cornelia triple bunk bed instructions. I received my purchases in 48 hours. Delivery time was ok and sales rep was great. Unfortunately, I had problems with the quality of the products I purchased from Luxo Living. Missing screws from my lounge and had to buy from Bunnings. Another purchase was Luxo Grace Fireplace where the wooden frame has paint coming off and corners cracked and the actual heater metal frame was bent (must be from the way courier delivered with no care?)

I purchased a sauna from these guys. Was great when it worked.. for 2 days. I spent months trying to get it fixed, not even replaced, I just wanted it in working condition. They had no idea what was wrong with it but claimed it was my fault because of 'condensation'. They said condensation had ruined it and I needed to buy a new power board (not in stock and over $300). After months of back and forth I gave up in the end and asked my electrician friend to check it out. He said it was a wired wrong... assembled in and made very poorly in china. Absolutely NOTHING to do with condensation!! He fixed it with a $20 part and it has worked perfect ever since.

Bottom line, this company sells very cheap quality products from china. Their 'service is absolutely appalling and they will do ANYTHING to get out of honouring their warranties.

Big time scammers, I can't believe they are still in business.

Don't ever buy anything from them! High chance you'll get wrong parts, or parts that aren't working, and then you would have to spend months dealing with their non-existing customer service and still never get a working product.
