I spent $700 on a work bag that cant stand on its own, it has to be turned in a certain direction and leant against a let of a chair or table. I now have to find a way to make it better. I would have thought for $700 it would be high quality like the Oroton bag i have which I love. I didn't take the mimco back because i thought they would refuse on the basis of it not able to stand on its own. I would never buy mimco again.
I recently purchase a Miss MIM watch - it is too small - i need an extra link - seems no one can provide me one. I cannot even buy one. So i cannot wear the watch. Would love someone to actual respond to my calls or emails. MJ

Bought a bag from mimco due to lighting in store I did not see it was se through, they swapped it for a gym bag that when I took home was not the right color, thankfully I explained and seeing I had already returned one a refund was not possible but they let me choose another that was $90 cheaper due to their sale so not only did I get a great bag I got earrings and 3 rings, great service as the manager said after one rebut usually nothing can be done but as a good will gesture she did all that, great service patient staff, will definitely go back thanks Ballarat store
