Hi there Re: order ORDER #164825 I paid for two digital spoons through PayPal and they are defective. One of your representatives said they would send me a replacement if your consumer section thought this was the correct procedure. However, under Australian law I want a full refund and not more defective digital spoons. I paid through PayPal and will take the matter to them if this matter is not resolved in 24 hours. I do not have an Australian address to return the defective spoons. Can you please supply an address so I can return the spoons? Under Australian consumer law I am entitled to a full refund and under PayPal rules, I also do not have to pay for the return postage. As it is unfair that I have to pay even more money for returning the spoons, I want "modern Aussies" to pay for the postage.

Hi there again, thank you for your prompt reply. I emailed your customer support team yesterday. I sent them a video showing quite clearly and with no doubt whatsoever that your digital spoon displaying varying measures of weights as it is tilted back and forth and side to side. At the time the spoon was empty so it was totally incapable of an accurate reading. Your customer support team said they would forward my information to see if Modern Aussies will consider giving me replacements. I emphatically do not want replacements. This is because the function of digital scales is to accurately measure very small quantities and the spoons do not do this in the slightest. Under Australian consumer law I am entitled to a refund. I have lost all confidence in Modern Aussies products and definitely do not want replacements but a refund. If you want me to post back the faulty spoons, I also want an Australia Post voucher from you to pay for the postage and your address to send them to. This is the procedure under Australian consumer law and through PayPal with faulty goods.
I need to regurn their products since it is not what it says , the stand cant handle my phone it drops off and they are not supplying the address as well the phone is disconnected, this company acts like scammers if any one know the address or phone will appreciate as well we need to report them to the correct authorities of ajstralia

Which of your products are Australian made. You say most but everyone seems to be getting an order from China not Australia please post here don’t do the message you private line either Why do you have to return items to China and not to the warehouse in Australia What is you company ABN number and actual address instead of this gmail Yes I’ve got lots of questions but despite weeks of asking I’ve got no answers from you. A reputable company would have no issues
Update. I eventually got an email that said all their good are made overseas. So nothing is made in Australia. They only support themselves.
I'm convinced this company is a fraud. I've been waiting two weeks for order to arrive and I only live in Adelaide. Tracking number doesn't belong to any Australian courier company so can't find anything. I'm paying by afterpay so am going to put a stop on payment until I get a reply. There is no phone number to call and no 24/7 help when you msg. Be warned people especially if like me only on a VERY limited income, every dollar is precious. Please reply to my concerns. Carolyn

Well finallyy received my order left at front door late Saturday 29th April/ early Sunday morning 30th April. Product mainly the pads attached to mop are useless and so thin won't clean anything. Absolutely nothing like in video. Don't order from this company as you'll be disappointed. I'm elderly and have arthritis and this was supposed to make cleaning easier for me!!!!!
They will expect you to return it to China for a refund or say no refunds. Go through your bank for a chargeback. I looked at the mop but couldn’t get any straight answer from this company. Definitely are scammers

Rubbish products!!! Pretending to be australian company!!! Shame on you!!! I’m so angry I bought anything from you!!
Same here if I knew this was an overseas company I would never have brought anything just checked the tracking order and it says international flight has arrived.
