I wont to sell my moochie watch but when you turn it on my name and wifi details are still on it but i dont have the app connected to reset watch i havent used it for a couple years. How do i delete all personal details back to factory reset
Does anyone know how to unlock the watch so I can use another sim service? I understand if I go ahead, it will void the warranty but keen to know before setting the watch up with sim supplied, as plans elsewhere are a lot cheaper
Hi Deirdre Just open up and remove the Sim. Don't worry about the warranty. They don't respond and no number to call for help. They are still charging me after canceling in June last year. No response from them.
So the watch isnt locked to the network, like they can do with phones? The reviews have def put me off trying to set it up with them

Why am i not getting any response from help@Moochies.com? Have you gone bust ? I have been reaching out for customer support since 20th December with no response. Not sure I want my SIM set up issue resolved at this point - this has been a VERY frustrating experience.

We took the watches bk to were we bought them and got a full refund , found out they were on a product recall, took this info to the bank to do an investigation to recover and stop our subscription payments. Very disappointing!
We also couldn’t get a hold of them and had to report them to the bank to stop payments!
I’ve emailed your email address over 10 times for the past 3 month with no reply. I bought a new moochie watch for my son and I’ve lost the mobile number so I cannot top it up. I’ve sent the imei number and all relevant details through a mail but nobody is replying

Iv been trying to cancel for 2 years
We have been trying for the last 2 months to get someone from Moochies to contact us. Odysee watch needs resetting with 4 digit pin but the App is not working. Our latest request number is 342299. We are still bring charged each month but you are not providing a service. We need answers and a swift reply and access to the MyMoochies App which never seems to work. We have the latest version, we have uninstalled and re installed many times, why is your App not working?????
I have had similar issues with my daughter’s watch, can’t get the app to work. Emailed the help email but have still not received a reply. I would call your bank and put a stop on the payments. I had to cancel my cc. These people are terrible.
This is a total scam. The watch I bought my daughter in July has never functioned properly and after 3 months of trying to get someone to answer my requests for help, I’ve reported it to Consumer Protection and cancelled my cc. Goodluck! Check the reviews for this product over the last 3 months. Everyone is saying the same thing.
I have now also reported to the ACCC

Hey Moochies, how come you don’t have a contact phone number and refuse to answer support tickets or emails? How come the only way to cancel a sim subscription is to email but you never respond so it’s never cancelled? How can your COO and CEO spend time with their families every day knowing they are scamming other families out of money and time by not providing the services you charge for?
Am having the same issue and still waiting for a response from them since the beginning of September. This company should be allowed to sell their products in Australia in the first place. It would help if you put in your ticket number from Moochie here in product review too.
They answered my email to cancel the subscription. That was all fine. But they still continue to take money out of my account and they will not answer me now..... It's bull carp

Hi there. Could someone please tell me how to make the notifications bigger on the helix moochies? I’ve made all the font sizes bigger and I still can barely see the missed calls and who they are from etc. Thank you!

Why does it cost someone receiving and making a call? The number assigned is an 0770 number which means if I call or receive a call from the watch it costs money rather than coming off my plan
Hi Peter, Please be advised that this is not correct - you don't pay to receive calls, but you need the SIM plan active in order to be able to use the phone service. All calls made from the watch will be under your monthly allowance.

Hi, I think you are misunderstanding my query. If I make a call to the watch from my mobile phone, or receive a call from the watch it costs me money, the watch has a 0770 number.

In this case, if you are being charged to receive a call you will need to contact your mobile provider and check their terms.

I’ve added a contact on the moochie app but still cannot call that number. Does the person who she’s trying to call have to download the app too?
Hi Anna, You can add 2 types of contacts within the MyMoochies App: - By phone number: This just gives the ability for phone calls, and is great for someone who doesn’t have access to the MyMoochies App. - By sending an SMS Invite to another user of the MyMoochies App: With this method, you can give more permissions, such as calling, video calling, 2-way messaging, tracking, etc.

We are trying to set up a new watch however an error of incorrect Sim no keeps coming up during the set up process. We have of course entered the number supplied on the box. Please help

I’ve just seen a reply to someone else about selling the Moochies watch to someone else. I don’t want to sell mine on the basis they have to return it… no one will want to buy it knowing that. Can I return it to you and organise a new sim prior to selling?

Why won't my moochie watch keep its charge? My daughter goes to school with it at 99% and b4 end of school days it's dead
Hi Lynne, Thank you so much for contacting us. I am so sorry to hear that! Our Moochies watches are constantly being used to find signal/report GPS position, make calls, etc and some customers think it would last as much as a normal watch would, which sadly is a mistake as our watch is more similar to a phone, than a simple watch that only displays the time.
In order to save more battery, you must put the GPS to its lowest frequency update (which is once every 1 hour), and if you need to check the location you can simply press the refresh button to manually see their location (the antennae sign/symbol).
Also please do the following:
- Ensure you charge your Moochies every night for 10 hours+. - Put your brightness of your Moochies to a lower brightness, via the Settings menu of your Moochies. - Go into the Moochies watch and into: Settings > Check for Updates and install the recent update. The new software update will improve the battery performance.

Please kindly know that the new owner needs to contact Moochies support team via email at help@moochies.com or live chat on our website and request a new SIM card installation, because, once a SIM plan is registered by a customer, it cannot be transferred to another one.
The new SIM card installation procedure is free of charge, the new customer will only have to pay for the postage to send their Moochies back to us. Our team will install a new SIM card and send it back to them, so they can register a new SIM plan.
