Hi there, we would suggest calling into one of car servicing centres to ensure the timing belt is a listed item on your log book schedule as well as also inspect your timing belt to confirm if a replacement is needed.

A mudguard is definitely important on any vehicle if they are available as standard from the vehicle manufacturer. especially as far as other road users, to prevent against thrown-up stones, mud, ice, snow and water.

Does Product Review permit businesses to encourage their customers to give them a review on Product Review pages?

MyNRMA
MyNRMA   DM

Hi Anwoo, I believe that this may be more of a question for Product Review however businesses can certainly encourage customers to give them a review if they are happy with the service. The reviews that appear on this channel are also monitored by Product Review directly, and managed by ourselves where we moderate and respond. Cheers, Paul

Hi Geoff, Thanks for your question. We will follow the specifications of a log book service, which will include a tyre rotate if listed. Our technicians will however recommend any further repairs- after completing a 40 point safety check. In terms of pricing, please call us on 1300 792 563 for a quote. We do offer 10% off for NRMA Members, with an option of joining NRMA from $5 per month, which may help here. Cheers, Paul

MyNRMA
MyNRMA   DM

Hi, we currently have 23 car servicing centres in NSW and the ACT, including regional locations like Wagga Wagga, Shellharbour, Wollongong, Gosford, Newcastle, Tuggeranong and Majura Park. We also offer mobile car servicing in Sydney Metro, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Southern Highlands.

Thanks for asking and hope this helps

How much to replace a air flow sensor in 2012 mazda?

Jack

Where is the NRMA " social relations " team to answer all these complaints? They don't mind removing Google reviews and making lame excuses for other MotorServe rubbish like "Mobile Vehicle Inspections", but they sure as hell stay away from this mess!

Typical.... avoid all the MotorServe rubbish and I advise to cancel all road service with them and use a competent competitor like Alianz etc.

Since NRMA was privatised they have gone downhill especially NRMA Motorserves. I was ripped off like 370 other NSW and ACT drivers however they Head Office have blocked my emails not answered my letters, their mechanics lie provide service and repairs that are not needed often ignore customers to get as much money as they can. Head Office should be installing CCTV cameras in the workplace but instead are skirting around the issues. Forget Customer Service Relations a guy couldn't understand the word throbbing (off shore call centre maybe) and also are likely to tell absolute nonsense in other words lies. For paying almost $3,800 the compensation was laughable like handing over $3,800 and only getting very little back such as 3 month free roadside assistance.

As one guy puts perfectly "just bring your big fat wallet and expect to empty it for next to nothing done". These daylight robbers deserve to go out of business.

How do you get to be a verified customer?

You need to submit a receipt showing your transactions with them. Or if you're a member I guess membership details when submitting your reviews.

To the general, is NRMA Motorserve relay that bad ???? 6/8/2017 -mag

Phil T
Phil T

Yes the NRMA MOTORSERVE is that bad.I am an automotive professional with over forty years experience of running my own business .You see the good the bad and the unethical in lots of trades but the corporate raiders do not appear to be interested in you or your situation with your your vehicle. They are interested in how much they can make from your situation be it repair or service related .I have clients with first hand experience where they have been offered mechanical inspections or registration inspections and are in turn given a list of required repairs that are non existent or the quote for repairs are way overpriced.Do not believe what you are told without getting another opinion on the repairs and the cost to carry out same .I myself am a member of the N.R.M.A and have been for a long time i find it so disturbing that an organisation with such a great history of assisting people with there motoring situations has come to a point where there advertisement as Australias most trusted mechanics is in many documented situations at the very least false advertising .

I am not sure why you are asking me this question. It has nothing to do with me as I don't work for NRMA Motorserve or have anything to do with them .I don't use NRMA Motorserve anymore after that bad experience.

No you cant bring your own engine oil but you can bring your own engine. Its the labour that costs the money not the oil.
