Is the plumbers name Sam Tabbaa from these reviews as I think he uses a different business name now but still bad service and over priced?
I called h2o guys yestrday around 2.45 pm to get the free quote for installation of my new fridge n dishwasher.. They said that within half n hour they would b there at my property and around 3.50pm i got call from then that their plumber wont be able to make so how about next day morning at 7 am.. I told them to make it 7.30 am or later bt today someone turned up at my door at 7.15 am n was there till7.33am.. I missed their calls due to flat battery n wen i turned on my phne around 7.35 i called that man he said he has already left the property and wont b coming back.. He waited for mee too long and now i owe him $49.. Moreover if i need to call h2o services again to get another person... I need to ask if we can wait for them for 1 hr ,, dont they have patience for 5 minutes also and if we were booked in for 7.30 am why he turned at 7.15 am and then telling me that i owe him$49...i need to ask if i am liable to pay them??? Need advice
We had something similar in regards to originally going to come on the day. I then had to arrange to have my children picked up by a friend from school as it clashed. Then, they said they couldn't make it. Then was informed it will be tomorrow. Tomorrow came, and I rung to be told the guy was on his way (8am) I again scheduled ot have my kids dropped to school by someone else. He didn't turn up until 1pm and then, as my comments state, they were useless and scamming people out of hard earnt dollars. DO NOT USE

no. Don't pay. They rip people off anyway they can.
You don't owe them a cent, you requested a tradesman not to come b4 7.30am. If u made contact at 7.35 as you expressed in your text, the tradesman is required to wait outside your premises for 15 minutes from the confirmed appt time. It is not your responsibility to pay them because they chose to turn up at their convenience and ignoring your requested appt time. Besides, in hine site, u did yourself a favour by not employing them for any work what so ever, they are guaranteed to have over charged you, the whole company operates by overcharging all their work, just read the reviews. Be grateful they left, now find a proper tradesman. Do not pay them a cent.
Having written a review of mr H20 plumber and by negotiation a suitable price for the job was negotiated provided a non - litigation document is signed . What steps need I take to say now I am willing to pay for the work satisfactorily completed out of working hours thus making further comment to my review.
Could you please rephrase this question for me. I don't quite understand what you want. Have you had trouble with Mr H2O too?

I just had two guys from MR.H2O in for quote this morning and had two of the jobs started. As this is my first time to call in plumbers , can anyone kindly advise me if the price below is reasonable, it is also the membership price after discount:
1. Membership $143,
2. Install Upright Gas Cooker $443
3. Install Gas Space Heater (Like to Like Install) $443
4. Move gas Point (about 40cm), test gas line $294
5. Certificate of Compliance $127.00
6. Recolate Water pints (Cold and Hot) , about 25cm to the right $ 218.00
7. Install a basin Mixer $ 93.00
The prices exclude GST.
Total is almost $2000.
Hi there these guys are a great company i use them in my real estate business in Sydney they are an honest bunch of guys and have recommended them to our property owners with no issues.

I had the jobs done properly by another plumber, and it saved my 45%. Mr.H2O is well trained to rip off.
Good move TAFFP, yes you are correct mrh2o are professional rip off merchants.
Totally agree they have tried to rip us off but i wont pay ill go to court with all of my photo evidence and promise of a completed job which i have and they never completed total rip of and con artist wont shutting down before they try to rip of other people dam robbers at least they wear a mask
