I have a conference camera that uses a TI tms320dm8148ccye2 image processor, which needs to be replaced due to cyclic overheating/disconnecting/resetting. My question is how best to remove the existing processor from the circuit board (it looks like it only requires a proper extractor, as there are no latches, as on computer CPUs.)

furthermore when i try to reset the password the email with resetting instructions never arrives

Have you noticed that they will only allow you to pay by credit with your credit card. If you don't have saving on your card you are out of luck.I mean everywhere else allows you to pay by debit transactions.
Yes.. Quick to take your money out of your Credit card and incredibly slow in refunding the money back when their website was not up to date and the item that was bought was no longer in stock. I was warned not to buy of them. I have learnt my lesson.

They are, but they wont respond. These people are terrible at customer service and rarely return goods. the monitor you returned was probably a second hand pre damaged monitor that they tried to resell.
Love the boys there - yes u need to know what you want. Have never had an issue - only ever 1 warranty claim for something dead on arrival and was sorted same day replaced with a new product.
I've never had a problem with a purchase, but I'm confident that the people I deal with at MSY would be willing and helpful.
Re: C2001724, Hi Chester, when I spoke with you last week you had quoted me $250 per monitor, yet that price has jumped to $285 in a couple of days; is there a reason for the price jump? Will I need a cable to attach to computer desktop you are currently building for me?
