Hi Allison, I FINALLY received the bookcases I ordered, they took over 3 times longer than they quoted and I had to endure listening to constant lies from Craig and his team. Both bookcases have the wrong drawer handles and both are really cheap looking and badly made. I would try Temple and Webster…or even Fantastic Furniture. I’m sure the quality and service would be way better. Linda

I was going to buy my daughter a bedroom suite from this company as the furniture looks lovely and the prices very reasonable. Unfortunately I’ve been turned off by the unbelievable amount of negative reviews about this company. The positive are few and far between. I just can’t risk my hard earned cash and taking it elsewhere.

Lou, I was able to receive my correct item after 1.5 month. The customer service is shocking. Buy elsewhere. It will take forever for you to receive your order in time.

I have been waiting one year and three months for my two cane chairs. Craig Andy and Gina promised before Christmas that they would finally arrive in February and here we are still waiting. If your can’t supply give me back my money. Order number is 23484 purchased November 2019

Take it the ACCC and Fair Trading NSW for resolution. The more people who lodge complaints, the more likelihood of getting this place shut down. Cheers!

I was going to order the Ashton chairs from this company chairs but am totally put off by these largely very negative reviews. Can the company give me a guarantee they world arrive in good condition, and a time frame?for delivery? For Sydney. Thanks

I paid for a bookcase and delivery fee to Perth on 15th February (Prior Corona issue). Craig Mendel rang me from the Eastern States to confirm my order. Told me it would take him a week to make the item, another week send to WA. I rang on 9th March, after much argy-bargy was told book case had arrived and would be dispatched the following week. On 25th March, I emailed that you either refund me or give date of bookcase arrival. I have been ignored. I can not afford to give away $800+ to an organisation that claims customer care.

We were promised furniture by Christmas only to have 2 chairs instead of 6 delivered. Then we were promised by the end of Jan and then March!! Still no furniture and have paid in full. We can’t get a hold of anyone. Will also going to the office of Fair trading!!!

Great range, good quality. For an earlier order, I was assisted by a very helpful employee who has now left the business. On a second order dated 14/02/19, and fully paid, promised within 3 weeks, I have had great difficulty, have phoned repeatedly over weeks 4, 5, 6 (best Ph. 1300298461), finally had a delivery last Saturday but taken to wrong address. Was redelivered Sunday. Unfortunately, the item was not the one I ordered so returned. Apparently that item no longer available. Now promised substitute item, with which I am quite happy, by middle of coming week. Seems there are problems with their supplier as well as incompetence in their warehouse. Recommendation - JUST KEEP PHONING (politely, insistently) and hopefully, positive action will result.
