I don’t wear any of my jewellery in water especially pearls and crystals. Have never had any problems with tarnished jewellery or reaction emeith my skin .

I brought 3 pairs of earrings at such a great price, I received them within a week! so quick, thank you. I am absolutely in love with my earrings!!! I am someone who has very sensitive ears and usually can only wear the expensive stuff - however I have had no trouble at all with your earrings Yay! I love them so much, I dont want to take them out... in your jewellery care it says to avoid water? will they turn black if worn in the shower? I haven't done so but just incase I forget... Thank you for the great products, I will definitely buy from you guys again!

Hi Lisa, thanks for your review! On the water question, the jewellery is waterproof and will not turn black if it's just water. We usually recommend taking it off in the shower because of the contact with shampoo / conditioners which when not rinsed off completely can build up and irritate your ears. Forgetting and showering with them occasionally is perfectly fine.

I am still waiting for my order. It has been over 15 business days (as I ordered a personalised order) and I have not heard back. I have emailed and tried to submit an enquiry on the website, but everytime I do, the submit button disappears. Will my order come and when as I wanted it for mothers day and ordered it well in advance because of that?

I am planning to buy the personalized necklaces, they are sterling silver but will they rust overtime? since I'm planning to use it as daily wear.

Hi Arya, our personalised necklaces are made from 925 sterling silver with either a rhodium, gold or rose gold coating on top. With rhodium, it will take years for it to eventually fade into sterling silver which will retain its white shine. With gold and rose gold finish over the year they will gradually fade and become lighter as more of the gold and rose gold layers become thinner. In regards to rusting as we use 100% precious metals in the jewellery, they won't rust. Hope that helps and feel free to reach out again!

Hi Erin, we use all kinds of stones and crystals in our jewellery. When the title or description mentions Swarovski Crystals, it's genuine Swarovski Crystals. Hope that helps!
