I bought my daughters formula and had to buy the new one that has replaced HA gold 2 and it has gone up ALMOST $8!!! What makes it ok to go up in price so much??? What's in it that is so different???

I understand your frustration! I have no idea what the difference is. I too was outraged at the extra cost and the changes in the formula upset my son. I called Nestle and they had no answer for me. I also asked why they never put the 1 or special and was told pricing is ultimately up to the seller.

My advice, write a letter/email directly to Nestle and tell them. They won't change unless we as consumers voice our opinions directly to them.

Hi Bity, I am not sure. It is said that Nan HA Gold stage 1 is made for almost every baby. They have no problem with allergy. Maybe stage 2 is more like most of other milk. There must be big difference between stage 1 and stage 2? My baby was going well with stage 1, it was perfect, but stage 2 just caused him so much trouble with his tummy. Doctor thinks it is lotose intolerant, so he has changed to soy milk now, and not having any food that contents milk or cream. I would also suggest that do not feed babies meat or youghurt too early.
