We have the volanti electric recliner purchased in 2020. The recliner has just stopped working but is stuck in a full recline position. Is there a way to put this back easily ie a reset button? And how can we fix this so it works again - thanks

Beware the “Nick Scali CON” This is when you find a piece of furniture in their showroom you want, the sales person tells you the wait time for delivery, they then provide you with a written quote that they wrote, & tell you to order it on-line when ready. You order, you wait 1-5 months for it to arrive, & its wrong, wrong colour, configuration, its not what you expected. When you complain to Nick Scali , they say “oh, but you ordered it” The fact that you placed the order with the quote supplied by them, has no bearing on the order. The sales person obviously got the number wrong but Nick Scali take no responsibility because “you ordered it”. You are Coned!! You also realize the product quality is rubbish, you lodge a complaint, after a month Nick Scali send their “pet upholsterer” to look at the product, he says yes there is issues, but tells nick Scali there is no problem. CON 2.

I had a similar experience. Amazing they are still operating considered all the negative reviews. Salespeople con you. No customer service, if you speak to management, br prepared to be unsupported and spoken to in a condescending manner. DO NOT BUY FROM NICK SCALI.

I have had a service man come out today and he bent the frame on the leg recliner sections back to straighten I don't know if it will happen again!! Not really happy that it's happened in the first place as only 5 months old!!!
I have a 2 year old electric sofa and one side is not reclining and has an orange light when button is pushed. I’ve attempted to cont Nic Scali at Jimdalee for assistance only to be told it’s out of warranty, pretty pathetic that expensive couch is not working after 2 years and zero support from Nic Scali, didn’t even let us know who to contact to get it fixed.

I have rung twice and been told it is out of warranty so we would have to contact a third party. Very poor customer service

Mandy, the saddest thing is if they had an ounce of customer service, the person on the phone could have said, try turning couch off for 5 minutes and this should reset it. Nope I found a helpful person from Harvey Norman that made this suggestion and it worked. I will be certainly be making it known that Nick Scali are the worst furniture company, and considering I buy numerous amounts of furniture for many clients homes I shall be going else where.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
Yes we also feel your pain!!! Two seater rechargeable batteries (Hunter lounge) first battery packed it in at 13 months, the second one at 27 months. Have tried phoning numerous times, plus went into store at Waurn Ponds only to be told they couldn’t help. Have now called yet again and they want us to pay up front @$690 for two batteries!!!! If we have this couch for 10 years this couch will cost us another $3500 at least if batteries die at this rate. We were told by original salesman the batteries should last 5 years and certainly weren’t told how much they cost!!! We’ve done all the resets etc and nothing works. The batteries are dead!! So much for paying good money for good quality…..we’ve paid good money for poor quality. No wonder they’re always on sale!! Now we have to try to buy through Couch Guard who you can’t ring, only email. They have none in stock according to their website and didn’t have any last time. We don’t even know how to take the battery out and they can’t show us in the showroom as they don’t have any in stock!!! Nick Scali…..we will never buy from again. I wish I’d seen reviews like this when we bought the two couches (one electric and one battery operated) Also after sitting on the couches over a period of 2.5 years the seat cushioning has sagged terribly and no we are not big people. How to cluck top head rest on lounge suites
We purchased 2 off Vitale Z0026 Pearl Blue Electric Leather sofa's and 1 off Benito Denim Blue Electric fabric sofa in August 2018 for a total price of $8231.00. The black dust covers which are fitted underneath the sofa's are now disintegrating and dropping black fabric/dust under all three sofa's staining the carpet underneath. I have been informed by the Customer Service Representative that there is nothing Nick Scali can do as it is not a manufacturing defect and the 24 month warranty has expired. I expected to get more than 5 years wear from these expensive sofa's.

I have a 3 seater Nick SCali fabric lounge. It has a chase at one end and an electric recliner on the right hand end. It is 5 years old and still in perfect condition except that the in out part of the recliner is not working. The headrest electric movement is working still. We received our Colorado lounge on Tuesday 27/03/2023 with a black cord hanging out of one side and the invoice. We plugged in that cord to charge but when we unplug, the recliners don’t work. Extremely dissatisfied with Nicks Scali Service.
Yes! We received our leather couch from nick scali a month ago, and it is sagging everywhere. We also have leather couches from Gascoigne that were bought 20yrs ago and they are 100% better condition than our newly purchased nick scali ones.! Nick scali lakes quality, over priced and forget about customer service, there is none. Once they have your money you are on your own. We also bought 8 leather dining chairs that when delivered 3 were damaged. They are refusing to replace them. I will be calling fair trading as I am so disappointed that a company can treat its customers in the way we have been treated. So disappointed!!!
