Please do. I found Oak Road Estate to deliberately not respond to my request for a refund. I would have spent hours chasing them up. Finally they refunded then they rang the day after the refund to offer me more wine. I said No!

I've lodged a third ACMA complaint for the 3-5 call per day not per week They offer no means to escape the times I was stupid to agree buy something they did not send the quoted Grant Burge but the horrible Calex that literally went down the drain it was petrol.

Fool me twice agreed to buy 1 repeat one case using a disposable capped spend Credit Card The pushy salesman with a tin ear while still on the call tried to immediately take a total for 5 cases from my card.

It thankfully failed and they refused to take orders for 1 waffle waffle harass harass. I could only imagine they do this a lot and if the credit card goes through you're stuck with 5 cases, an empty bank account and difficult challenge for a refund.

I clearly told the sales girl that I didn't want a particular case of wine, but she put it in the order anyway. This is a total scam! I've requested a full refund, but haven't heard back. I've initiated proceedings with VCAT. Hopefully, I'll get my money back.

It is never a problem to return a case of wine if you haven't drunk more than 2 bottles of it

This is a review site that gives feedback on the retailer. You will need to deal with oak road estate and return the wine to them.

I have not drunk any of the wine. Not my taste in wine. I only drink Moscato's. Vanessa Chant

I want to know how I get off your text spam list. Constant text messages which I am unable to block. This behaviour is illegal. What type of marketing company have you employed?

I presume your question is of Oak Road Estate. You will need to contact them. I do not work for nor do I have any association with them. Sorry I am unable to help you.

Leith, Yes it is Oak road that I am referring to. I have called them, emailed them and have had many people tell me they will look into it but the messages just keep coming. This started in August and two messages from them a week and another two from TopDrop (same company) so I virtually get a text everyday. I have even contacted my telco. They are launching an investigation but I don't hold out much hope.

Hi Lisa- I am in the same situation as you and am furious due to the number of unsolicited messages which I couldn’t unsubscribe from. I phoned their office number on the website asking to get my number removed. Spam has stopped.....for now. Good luck!

I have tried calling their office as well. I get curt promises that something will be done abs then I get more texts. It’s exhausting and frustrating m!
